- beautiful hotel, well maintained and every aspect of your comfort catered for - unbelievable service. The staff are all so lovely, engage with the children and go out of their way to be helpful. Nothing is too much to ask! - Hero Crèche is wonderful, the staff there are innovative and great with the children. Penny had an absolute blast every time she went, and it gave us a few precious hours to relax Child-free! - lovely spa with range of treatments and excellent staff. - good range of foods and restaurant options and they have significantly improved on their desserts (only weakness last year) - entertainments for families, but also plenty of adult only options.

Great hotel with wonderful service. Everyone is so friendly and you get the best service. Everything is included so you don't have any extras like alcohol and room service. The beach is beautiful. We loved this hotel. We will definitely come back.

5 star hotel and service, first class attentive staff, great food

The service is what sets this gorgeous resort from others we have visited. It’s very rare to find this sort of service within Europe. In fact can say we often visit the Middle East which is the home of fantastic hospitality and service and yet, we found ikos up there or even better than some of the best 5 star resorts in the Middle East. The food though great, could be a little worked on esp the Anaya restaurant which was very poor. Otherwise we were in awe of this place and how the infinite lifestyle idea means you can’t have food and drink on tap 24/7. Amazing was esp with kids. Talking of the kids, the kids club was outstanding with our 4 year old son never wanted to leave there. Tennis lessons are available at an extra charge but this was worth it. Our son had a great coach named Pavlos who was great with him. Overall great value for money. Despite being on the pricey side, this resort is well worth it.

As a 5 star hotel you expect a certain degree of comfort and good facilities and this hotel doesn't disappoint. You have all the usual facilities from a Spa, Gym to tennis courts and even an astroturf football pitch. Pools are also good with both adult and children pools available. The food at this hotel is superb, 5 restaurants, From Italian, French and Asian to Greek and European all servicing first class food. As an all inclusive hotel you get everything from all branded spirits to wines and endless amounts of soft drink options. However whilst this is all fantastic it is the staff which turn this hotel from a good 5 star resort to a sublime experience, there is nothing that they dont think of, from the cleaning of your sunglasses to the watering of the volley ball court to ensure your feet dont burn in the sand. Nothing is too much trouble and always they have a smile. I can honestly say that in all my experience of hotels both in business and in personal capacities the service here could not be surpassed>

One of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. We were a large party and every day we tried to find something to criticise but we could not find fault with anything. The staff could not do more for you, The food was fantastic from a superb breakfast choice to a great dinner in all the themed restaurants. The hotel has obviously been refurbished recently and is 5 star all the way, from the bar areas, pools and spa (including great sauna/steam room area). The hotel is situated on a very long sandy beach. The sun beds are all new and very comfortable. All in all, a very special hotel which certainly makes sure you have a very special holiday. Within an hour of being home, most of us were looking up Ikos hotels for next yea. Our special thanks go to Anna in Customer Relations, who looked after our group so well.

Amazing resort food great perfect for young children only down put was the surrounding area

This is one of the best all inclusive resorts in the world . Would recommend for any family holiday. Lots to do for all ages. Too many good memories to detail all. Food in Michelin star restaurants was amazing. Even though all 16 of us on the trip were vegitarian. They went out of their way to accommodate.
