Wonderful resort, amazing food and facilities, fabulous staff. Not much to do in town so stay around the resort.

Great place for young children, and adults that want a little luxury.

There is no words to describe it. It's the best hotel there is. I think this sums it all.

I have never experienced service on this level before. No member of any staff could have possibly been more helpful and eager to please. This resort is amongst the best I have ever stayed at. Food in any of their fine restaurants is wonderful (especially the slow cooked lamb in Ouzo's) and although the buffet does not share the gourmet ambiance, the quality and selection of food is unsurpassed. I had heard reviews of people not happy with the children at this resort but it should be noted that Ikos Oceania is not responsible for the children, the parents are. The resort provides child free areas as well as specialized child services such as a kid's club so absolutely no reason to complain at all. There is a cinema and live entertainment hall as well as a selection of shops and spa treatment facilities. 5 different restaurants and a number of bars make eating and socializing a pleasure and the 24hr room service is quick with quality offerings. WiFi is strong and I was able to work without interruption when needed. Resort was spotlessly clean and the location right on the private beach perfect. If anyone was looking for a relaxing and/or romantic getaway the Ikos Oceania is the place to go....you will not be disappointed.

disappointed with the scenery on the way to the hotel, it reminds you of a council estate. on arrival wow, form the moment you enter you get a welcome fit for a king. The staff are exceptional. polite, funny and professional. the rooms were exceptional with a large balcony and double bathrooms. You wont be disappointed. I should mention outstanding staff, but there were two many all staff go over and beyond what is expected of them. I will mention Maria the manager and Demetrious under whose management the atmosphere thrives. amazing. You arrive as strangers and leave as friends. The spa staff were fantastic which we used everyday. They were knowledgably about the hotel and about Greece. Smiling staff, I did have a complaint but it was dealt with so well that it would be unfair to mention it expect to say that you can judge a hotel by how it deals with things going wrong. This hotel will get 5 stars. Meal in restaurant offsite food not as good as hotel but welcome was exceptional. the Greeks are fantastic, very hospitable, room staff could be more consistent in filling up teas and coffees, resorted to taking them from breakfast bar, fruit plates removed from room left outside on wall all night. Called to reserve a table , message on phone , busy will call you back. never received a call back.. These few things mean my review is unable to get the much deserved 5 stars but I would be happy to give it 4.9 and recommended it to my friends and family. I will be returning

What can I say about Ikos Oceania that hasn't been said already? Probably nothing! I was recommended this hotel by a few friends who raved about it and decided to book based on their recommendations. I cannot fault the hotel on anything - cleanliness, attention to detail, activities, service, food variety or quality. Staff are super accommodating and genuinely want to ensure you have a great holiday. We went during the Easter Holidays with our kids, and certainly there were plenty of families there, but the hotel also has a designated adults-only eating area in the main dining area, an adults-only pool and bar and the indoor pool doesn't allow children after 1 pm. Also, when they say "all-inclusive" they mean "all-inclusive" - the mini bar, 24 hour room service, the restaurants (french, greek, italian, asian), the cocktails...amazing!
