Foreign business travelers who require a printed invoice, will also be charged the additional 19% regardless of the length of their stay in Chili. -- Based on local tax laws, all Chilean citizens and resident foreigners must pay an additional fee (IVA) of 19%. * This additional fee (IVA) is not included in the hotel rates and must be paid separately. To be exempt from this 19% additional fee (IVA) the payment must be made in US dollars and a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented. The passenger won’t be exempt from this fee when paying in local currency. In case of no show the invoice will be billed in local currency, including this additional fee (IVA). Please note that it is expressly stated that NH markets its prices in USD. In the event that the information reflected on the agency's website is in local currency, it is merely indicative and may vary at the time of payment since it depends on the official exchange rate in force on the day of payment. Special conditions and supplements may apply when booking more than 9 rooms. Please note that dogs and cats are allowed upon request and subject to approval. The maximum weight is 25kg. A charge of USD 25 per pet and per night will be applied (max of 2 pets per room). Guide dogs stay free of charge.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A deposit may be required at the property.
