Wunderschöne Hotelanlage in traumhafter Umgebung. Solides Angebot an Sport und Fitnesskursen. Sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal. Speiseauswahl und Abwechslung noch ausbaufähig aber auf gutem Niveau. Die Sauberkeit der Zimmer ist hervorzuheben.

Location walk to shops, decor modern - loved it, grounds beautiful, staff friendly. The Spa was excellent one of the best we have been to. Beach fabulous. I read the reviews and was looking forward to the food and drink options. I was very disappointed with the food, at best very average. The food was repetitive and often cold, limited choice and availability. The local spirits were vile, only 1 choice of beer unless you paid extra. We are not big drinkers, but when on holiday, we expected some reasonable drink included as it was All inclusive. The fridge in room only had water, which we had to replenish from fridges around the resort. No one came to take orders for drinks by the pool. There was a dress code in the pool bar! Which meant if you were sun bathing, and you were hot or wet we had to cover up, just to get a drink. We met people there who had been a number of times who loved it. But it was not for us.

We stayed at this hotel right after our wedding and it was exactly what we needed- a peaceful and restful getaway. Since we were looking for a way to fully relax, we decided to check out the spa and that’s when we met Ramazan Bey, who runs the place. From the very beginning, he was incredibly kind, welcoming and helpful. He took the time to suggest different types of massages based on our needs, ensuring that we could release all the built-up tension from the stressful wedding period. Thanks to his expertise and the professionalism of his team, we had the most amazing spa experience and were able to rest completely. If you’re looking for a truly relaxing and rejuvenating time, we cannot recommend Ramazan Bey and his wonderful spa team enough!

This is a very quiet chilled out hotel Rooms were very clean and regularly cleaned Pool towels you can get changed several times a day Not much space round the pool even on quieter days so was often on the grass Lots of fitness classes Outdoor chess Trampoline in sea Gorgeous beach Pool bars hand cooked crips were great and enjoyed the prosecco Booked the grill restaurant twice that was the best Jacket potatoes are immense Good quality alcohol and mixers Lots of water available Bakery in the restaurant is awesome Table service outside is better if tipped Free massage offered Lots to do and see and explore It just wasn't very family oriented when we were there And needed some level of music The garden party was great but wear lots of insect spray and they supply it too if needed at the locations Beach front setting is great and a genuinely very aesthetic hotel Didn't book late check out but have amazing rooms you can use to get changed in and showered for use. Short walk from shops and bars etc

I agree with all the positive reviews for this hotel. All The staff are wonderful they seem genuinely happy. Every area in the hotel is spotlessly clean & well maintained. The grounds are beautiful. The entertainment was very good & professional. Food very good. Beach so big & wonderful. Walking distance to the village. The only issue I had was because the main pool was so cold there were older children going into the kids/toddlers pool which is very small (I was with my grandchildren) the older children were noisy & boisterous I had to stop 4 of them one day splashing their legs so vigorously in the pool as they were splashing all the toddlers /babies in the face, the life guard was at the side of me but she didn’t say anything or intervene. I had to clap very loudly because they could not hear me telling them to stop. I know they only wanted to have fun, the hotel could do with another small heated pool for older children, there is a small pool behind the main pool with nets at each end probably a water game pool which didn’t seem to get much use, the only issue is it’s the same depth as the main pool & probably as cold . Would be nice if that could be altered for children . That’s the only negative issue I thought was worth mentioning.

2 things that make this hotel amazing firstly its a paradise , the grounds and the beach are so clean and the private beach was one of the best i have ever had at a hotel. Food had good selection at dinner had fresh cooking stations like pasta and meat joints on top of usual buffet options. 2 options for lunch, pool bar and beach bar , burgers and kebabs pastas fries salad chicken gujons and wings ect. Drinks wer local spirits but had everything and tasted good, my only gripe was the cocktail list was a little limited and would hope they extend there all inclusive cocktails to add some classics like mojito sex on the beach margharita aperol spritz (these are available but for a charge) Entertainment was great , Inspire dance group , african acrobats to name a couple. Kids club was good and safe , was well managed by the tui blue app where you booked sessions and had photo verification to pick your child up very good. Our room was very nice well equipped and the bed was undoubtedly the most comfortable bed i have stayed in ! Would love if they provided a can of efes in the mini bar though. Now the staff, they are what sets this hotel apart from others and I would like to mention some that helped make our holiday perfect. If you stay here you will meet a diamond of a guy named Kaya , he works outside the Blue Spa and gives you towels, on our first day he memorised all my families names his memory is amazing he made us feel so welcome and was always on hand to give us information or just to have a good chat about turkey and life, my daughter has had problems in the past warming to people but by our 5th day she was asking to see him and drawing him pictures, he made a lasting impression on us with his sense of humor and he deserves some special recognition, thank you Kaya. Erdem S from the resteraunt was always ready to serve us and was always happy even when you could see he was busy we never had an empty drink and our used plates wer instantly taken. Akan from the pool bar was a happy guy and so fast and efficient making drinks , i would always get my americano in the morning and he was always ready with my drinks order before i got to the bar :) And my cleaner of room 1213 Imran, always happy and cleaned our room every day at times when we was not in so we was never disturbed . All in all we had a wonderful and memorable stay and we cant wait to return one day.

It's our seventh year that we come to Sarigerme! First - only our family, than we brought our friends here too - this experience must be shared with those you love! The whole area is generously layed out, we never had a "crammed" feeling, no matter how full the resort was. Excellent Blue Spa, where special thanks go to Ramazan and Mustafa for an ever friendly attitude and always a kind word, and an amazing colleagues - physiotherapists Team. Excellent kitchen, and at the same time - sports program with Ludmila and Yulia as yoga and fitness coaches, archery courses among others, cool Team of diving pros with Huseyin, Ali, Ozzie and CeyCey, water sports with Suat & Team ... lots to do, or - JUST CHILL OUT on the beach. Love ya guys-n-girls, "to the Moon and back". Oh, last but not least - absolute delight of a music program in the evening, local and international bands, and as a cherry on top of the holiday cake - The Wonderband. Will come to see you time and again.

We had an amazing experience in this resort which is beautiful, clean and the staff is very nice. I would like to say a big thank you to Güven from the reception, who was extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel is spotless and we are difinetly coming here next year
