TUI BLUE Sarigerme Park

From the moment we arrived with our sick covered toddler and the staff kept the restaurant open longer so we could get her some food, we knew we had arrived somewhere special. Having stayed at TUI Blue resorts before, we were well aware of the standard we could expect and this hotel didn’t disappoint. Having booked Sarigerme Park due to its ‘foodie’ status, we weren’t surprised by the wonderful buffets we were met with each day. Live cooking stations meant there was always something new to try and there was an array of food across the pool bar, beach bar and restaurant. The serving staff were always so attentive and little touches like remembering our drinks orders meant a lot. Special thanks to Sinem for this. Food was cleaned away promptly and the restaurants were always impeccably clean. We went to the BBQ a few times which is a must try and the a la carte ‘Levante’ took the already impressive food to another level. There were a number of pools that catered for both children and adults and the beach was only a short walk away. It was SO hot so the close proximity of all was a welcomed relief. One day, we decided to hire a serviced day bed on the beach which was a real treat and definitely something I would recommend. Entertainment wise, there was something for everyone. Cartoons and mini disco were a daily prequel to impressive dance acts and singers. Huge shout out to the kids club staff who danced their socks off each evening in the heat and got all the children (and us) going. Our daughter loved it. Whilst a little young for the kids club itself, there were hour long classes each day for under 3s that included art, sports and a teddy bears picnic. We loved watching our daughter’s confidence grow throughout our time there. I want to give Rachel in particular a shout out for being so patient and kind to our little girl. Finally, the housekeeping staff were incredible and it was so lovely coming back to a tidy room each day. I believe our lady was called Emine. The only negative was the amount of mosquitos but we will come better equipped next time. Thank you so much for having us, we will be back.

My 4th visit this year, many years to come💫There is no limit of qualified level of service from top management to all personnel. Great communication and best holiday experience to be recommended to each traveller strongly. Thank you all for being a family 🙏🏻

We are just back from spending a week at this fantastic hotel. From the moment we arrived we thought this could be something special. The staff at reception were welcoming and gave us the necessary information to settle us in. Our room was as requested on the top floor of the main building with a wonderful sea view. After a lovely lunch we did a quick walk around and were amazed at the magnificent grounds with such colour and in pristine condition. Through out our stay the staff were always welcoming and so cheerful. From the greeting and smile from Sinem at breakfast each day to Faruk at the evening meal. We had a wonderful surprise when unbeknown to us a Daybed had been reserved for the day of our 60th Wedding Anniversary. Many thanks to Maummer to serviced it for us and help make it a special day. There were several other lovely touches as well like when we went to dinner at the Levante Restaurant our table was nicely decorated and the extra touches by Enzel who kept our room in clean and tidy. Lastly a thank you to Berk for his part in making our stay memorable and all the staff at the hotel, we hope to be able to return soon.

Had a wonderful 11 night stay at this beautiful hotel, the staff are all so pleasant happy smiling and nothing is to much trouble . The food is delicious plenty of choice absolutely love the lunchtime selection. The hotel is immaculate the staff work tirelessly ,gardens are so pretty , we spent every day on the beach . Special mention to Gamze who i had the most amazing massages from !! she sorted my back problem out after visiting her and cannot thank her enough . I love it here enjoyed every minute . See you next year sarigerme park when we return with the family .

Just back from a weeks holiday with my hubby, sister and brother-in-law. Well what can I say about Tui Blue Sarigerme Park Hotel other than WOW. I had emailed the hotel prior to our visit to ask if our 2 villa rooms could be on a Top floor and if possible next to each other or near each other. Upon arrival we were very warmly greeted by a lady and shown to reception and given a complimentary welcome drink. The man who checked us in was very courteous and efficient then the lady went through areas of the hotel and gave us a map. We walked to our rooms which were in Termesus block and were so happy to find we were on the top floor and next door to each other in rooms 517 & 516. The rooms are amazing, light and airy spacious, clean, big bed (2 twins pushed together), a fridge, kettle with tea and coffee and a mosquito net pulled across the sliding patio doors. There were mattress toppers on the beds and it was so comfy. The air conditioning was very quick to cool the room down (we never used it during the night...only when getting ready for our evening meal a couple of times) Our room was kept spotlessly clean by Yesmin and we were always greeted by her when we saw her. We were very happy with the location of our room 517 as quiet over looking gardens and a little pond with terrapins in it, beautiful flowers infront of our balcony and close to the reception and restaurant and only a few minutes walk to the beach We ate in the main restaurant every evening and the Purple Turtle Beach restaurant at lunchtime. We were absolutely amazed at how many choices there were making sure they cater for all needs. Everything we had was delicious and very tasty. The jacket potatoes from Purple Turtle are insane. In the main restaurant in the evening there were 5 cooking stations aswell as an outstanding salad selection along with other hot prepared meals....the presentation is top notch. The icing on the cake is the bakery in the restaurant that makes and bakes different breads, rolls, pastries, biscuits and much more. The beach is fabulous with lovely soft sand, plenty of sunbeds with either umbrellas or under a canopy with wooden boardwalks in between. We didn't use the pool at all as we went to the beach everyday. The toilets at the beach are kept pristine thanks to the lady cleaner Saniye. There are also showers, foot showers and changing cubicles which are kept clean throughout the day. The walk to the beach is through amazing well kept gardens with waterfalls and there is a board detailing all the plants in the hotel grounds. We went to all the evening shows in the Amphitheatre and they were all fantastic and also to hear the live singers 2 evenings in the Purple Turtle Beach bar. We sampled several different cocktails and baileys while there and i have to say that the Iced Coffees and Choco Shake both with ice cream and cream were delicious. There is a grab and go in the reception area which is brilliant as you can help yourself to bottles of sparkling and still water, cartons of juice, sandwiches, cakes and there is also a coffee bar where you can be served tea and coffee varieties. This hotel is absolutely first class with the most amazing kind friendly staff throughout who really care about customer service. Its very clean everywhere you go and the food and drinks are the best we have experienced in a All Inclusive Hotel. We have absolutely loved our family holiday together and have returned home with some amazing memories. Thank you to everyone at Tui Blue Sarigerme Park Hotel for such a fantastic time.....we were all so sad to leave 😞 We will definitely be returning

Second visit...just as brilliant second time around (last was 2019). Hard to fault it. Clean, super tidy, great facilities, huge choice of food (all good), staff are lovely, beach was good, a la carte was good, BBQ was good...etc etc etc Even saw a tortoise in the "wild" - result! Shout out to Betyul,Ipek and Tarkan in the Spa for looking after us so well - couldnt have been more relaxed/refreshed if we tried after our week.

We had an amazing stay at TUI Blue Sarigerme Park – a true 5-star experience from start to finish. The beautiful gardens, friendly cats, and peaceful setting made it feel like paradise. The food was outstanding, with live cooking stations, fresh salads, grilled meats, and an on-site bakery serving delicious bread and treats daily. The staff were wonderful. A special thank you to Gamze, the masseuse who gave such a relaxing massage I booked a second, and to Emine, whose welcoming smile every morning at breakfast made our day. My husband loved the grapefruit hibiscus spritz mocktail, and we were impressed that the hotel makes many of its own homemade syrups – such attention to detail! An unexpected bonus was the 24-hour on-site doctor – something you hope not to need, but I did, and it was a real comfort knowing help was available. We felt truly cared for and enjoyed every moment. We’ve already booked again for two weeks next May – that’s how much we loved it. Highly recommend this beautiful, relaxing, and well-run hotel.

Well run hotel with fantastic staff in an attractive setting. Very clean and well maintained, even the beachside toilet block was spotless and constantly attended. Great beach for swimming and lounging. Superb food with plenty of variety. The 'one visit per stay' restaurant and barbecue both exceeded expectations and shouldn't be missed. The entertainment was good with a variety of shows and bands. Convenient for the airport and the local village a 15 min walk away good for shopping. We went at the start of the season so not that busy but perfect for us. There are not many hotels I would go back to because of a preference for variety but would make an exception here. The only slight downside for me was a coldish pool but didn't stop me swimming and I'm sure June onwards would be much warmer.
