"An excellent hotel"

10.0

It was excellent. Everything we needed for our family holiday. The staff (especially everyone at the Kids Club/mini disco) were amazing. We were worried about the food at an all inclusive but the choice everyday was fantastic with live cooking stations and fresh ingredients. Service at the bars was quick with plenty of choice in the all inclusive package. The hotel itself was fabulous with so much green space and lovely small buildings. Great choice for sports activities/ keep fit classes too.

"Fabulous holiday resort perfect for families and couples alike"

10.0

Wow! We have just got home from a fabulous week at Sarigerme park. This place is excellent in so many ways. The hotel and the grounds are immaculate all of the time. Everywhere is so clean and tidy. The gardens are beautifully kept and stunning to walk through. We stayed in a garden room which was surrounded by plants and flowers and little streams. The room itself was modern, with very comfortable beds. Our lovely housekeeper Gamze kept our room spic and span. This resort is very well thought out with shaded pools for babies and young children, including mini sunbeds. There are ample sunbeds along the beach, many of which are under sunshades. I’m not a fan of the sand however there are shower points to rinse off and boardwalks along each row making it easy for families with prams to enjoy the beach. Top tip though if you’re visiting during the hotter months, take beach shoes or sliders, the sand gets incredibly hot. The food! My word the food! The buffet restaurant provides a great selection of different foods each evening. The Purple Turtle beach bar goes above and beyond a snack bar, with an array of salads, pizzas, spit roasted chicken, jacket potatoes, kebabs, fresh fruit. We were never short of food! You are also treated to an evening at the Al a carte restaurant, Levante, which offers superb fine dining. The bbq food is equally as delicious but be armed with insect repellent. The evening entertainment was plentiful, with shows in the main amphitheater and live music in the Purple Turtle every night. We also decided on a catamaran sunset trip and it did not disappoint! Such a lovely evening sipping wine, listening to music and watching the sunset from the boat was a great experience. I really could go on and on about this place. We enjoyed it so much we are returning later this year! My final point would be to say that staff really make this place one step above the rest. They are so kind and attentive and adore children. Our little girl adored Eda and Eda always made her laugh. Didem and Mustafa always greeted us with a smile at breakfast and lunch and could not do enough for us. Abulkadir and his fantastic colleagues in the Levante restaurant really do make the Al a carte experience spectacular. Thank you to you all, and the other staff members that helped to make our stay perfect.

"Family of 5"

10.0

Arrived in the early hours of the morning and was immediately made to feel very welcome by reception staff. The initial impression was very good driving up with palm tree lined driveway. We were offered a free upgrade and a room closer to our 19 yr old daughter’s single room which was really appreciated. We were given room 220 (2nd floor with balcony) with sea and garden views. There is a night kitchen area with fridges full of cold water, juice, freshly made sandwiches, fruit and cake which was a really nice touch after a long journey. There is also a basket of breads and freshly made soup you can help yourself to. We got to our room about 3am and my husband managed to drop a full bottle of the duty free we’d bought so we had to call reception and ask for a mop. A cleaner arrived in less than 5 mins and cleaned it all up for us. (Make sure you bring money for tipping as it’s customary here in Turkey incl the coach driver even though the transfer was part of the package we booked). The upgraded room was beautiful, very clean, contemporary design, loads of wardrobe space, mini fridge, safe, balcony, HUGE bed and very comfy with memory foam mattress and a decent size bathroom and shower. Loads of storage space throughout the room with two large comfy chairs in the spacious living area. Bottled water in fridge and another on the side, kettle, sachet coffee. We asked for fresh milk from reception so we could have tea (brought our own teabags) but there was a selection of normal and fruit teas available too. Met the Tui rep - daily welcome meetings available to glean local knowledge, tips and book events through BBQ restaurant the first night - really tasty - loads of choice of meat and fish, lovely freshly prepped salads and deserts. Use the Tui Blue app to prebook. Nightly entertainment is very good. So far we have seen an excellent band at The Purple Turtle and an 18 strong Dance / Acrobatics group from the Phillipines in the amphitheatre. Food is excellent! Massive choice of starters, mains and stunning cakes and deserts. Always incredibly fresh. Caters for every taste, even Vegan. There’s an omelette bar at breakfast, a donut and waffle bar, a freshly baked bread station, fresh fruit & yoghurts, and of course fully cooked hot breakfasts. There’s also a separate kids food station with plenty of choice. Lunchtimes at The Purple Turtle on the beach from 12.30 offer a good variety of hot dishes, freshly made pizzas, jacket potatoes and salads. There’s a lovely coffee bar in the main reception area with lots of comfy seating to chill out on. There’s also a cafe and bar near the pool that serves lunch from 11-3pm each day and delicious frozen yoghurt. A drinks cart comes round the pool several times a day serving delicious punch and other drinks. You can dine once during your stay at Levante roof top restaurant which is lovely in the evening. There’s also a BBQ restaurant within the grounds that you use the TUI Blue app to book but you can dine an unlimited amount of times here. There’s an outdoor chess area which is fun if you need to get under the shade for a while (it was 39 degreed while we were here!) and the lush, well kept gardens with little streams running through them. So pretty with bougainvillea growing over large pergolas along the walkway down to the beach. Spot the tortoises, resident cats and guinea fowl. There’s a hair dressers, shops selling good copies of designer goods and a general store (very expensive sun cream (€25!) so bring this with you. There is a small town 7 min walk outside the complex so bring euros and sterling and you will get a bargain. Don’t buy from the complex shop - it’s very overpriced. I bought a nice copy handbag for nearly 1/2 price in the local town. The gym is a decent size with good equipment and air conditioned with a TV and music. We used this a few times during our holiday and it’s centrally located in the complex. You get a complimentary 15 min slot in the spa and have 2 days to use this but we didn’t bother as I’d read reviews that you are pestered into booking more treatments that are payable. Since I’d already spent a small fortune on 3 rooms for 5 of us to go all inclusive I didn’t feel the need to pay more! I enquired about a treatment at the hair dressers and was advised I needed a keratin treatment and also wanted my extensions re-tightened and was quoted €250! So I politely declined! We did the Boat trip 1/2 day river cruise to see the tombs. It was good value for money and a lovely way to see and learn about the area. Remember to take cash to tip the driver and the guide. There’s plenty of staff in all the restaurants apart from the BBQ. We waited ages for our drinks order to be taken once we’d arrived for our booked slot. The staff at The Purple Turtle are great, very friendly, speak enough English to understand drink orders and very quick to clean up tables everywhere. The whole complex is spotless. There are resident cats that are well looked after and well fed. They even have their own wooden cat house in the grounds so if you like cats it’s a lovely experience to see the cats mooching about and come for a pet now and again. There’s even a resident tortoise which we saw taking a stroll one evening! We also saw a hedgehog and jay birds. The wildlife is lovely to see in such a beautiful place. The yoga deck is a treat to experience if you like to start your day early with views out to sea. (Book via the Tui Blue app) Sunbeds - if you want a spot by the pool then you’ll need to be up by 7.30am to reserve them but if you aren’t bothered, there’s still some available further away from the pool by 10 am and plenty on the beach in smoking and non smoking sections. Would definitely return, beautiful and safe complex run extremely well with a small army of staff. Tip - take insect repellant! One of our party of 5 got 10 bites on each leg!!

"Enjoyed our stay but probably wouldn’t return…"

8.0

Only came back yesterday writing now while it’s fresh in my mind. Ok firstly the positives…. 1. Grounds are beautiful and absolutely immaculate (although my partner felt like he was ice skating the paths are slippery with flip flops I saw a few people stack it..) 2. We stayed in a double villa room (2adults one child) which was also immaculately clean, a twin bed and a sofa bed for little one, felt small but actually was adequate size, tv was easy to use and cartoons available for little one. Bathroom clean and functional. 4. Food was one of the best we have had, not one night did we struggle to eat, usually desserts at an ALLINC are very samey (just different coloured custard things but here I was impressed at the selection and everything I tried was delicious!!!! 5. Kids club was fantastic only 2hr slots (10-12 and 3-5) which I’ve not come across before normally it’s full mornings or afternoons but weather was in the 40’s and it was nice to get him out of the weather for a bit and he absolutely loved it, all the staff were wonderful and friendly and made him feel very welcome! 6. All of the staff were very helpful and friendly, we found the customer service to be exceptionally good. 7. If you like to stay active this is the place for you they had a really impressive schedule of classes and activities one of the best I’ve seen actually, I’ve never been so active on holiday signed up to do lots and thoroughly enjoyed it!!!! 8. Entertainment - we never went to any other than the kids mini disco (same old same) and the Popart night which was BRILLIANT, well done to all involved in organising and carrying out event. If you are lucky enough to be there when it’s on (every 2 weeks) then it’some not to be missed, we all loved the party atmosphere great music and candyfloss/popcorn for the kids we loved it!!! We never once was kept up by music blaring till the early hours, the resort in all is very peaceful and gives very chilled vibes no music by the pool (unless aqua aerobics is on) so if your going for a 247 party you will be disappointed for those who enjoy a more quiet venue you will like this place a lot! Now some improvements that would really make this an excellent destination. 1. Self service drinks, the pool bar was always incredibly busy standing in a queue of 10-15 people just to get a coke. Please just let people get their own soft drinks and let the bar tenders make actual drinks. The fact they charge you for mojitos and aperol sprits is disgraceful, all inclusive should be ALL INCLUSIVE. 2. There are no bars to sit in if you want to get out of the heat other than reception, that’s includes food, the main restaurant isn’t open at lunch so you need to go to the pool bar or beach bar. The beach bar had far more choice but still the heat was in the 40’s so although shaded not much relief from the heat… 3. The beds were very hard, we asked for a mattresses topper and that made all the difference but the pillows, wow…all like bricks!!!! 4. The gym was well equipped but very small more than 4/5 people and you are all on top of each other as all the machines are close and there isn’t a lot of floor space to do free weights, it was pretty busy every time I went, I’d recommend moving to a bigger venue. 5. Al la carte. I’d 100% recommend booking as meal we had was really lovely. Made a nice change from the buffet. We walked to the little town to get some toys for the little one (because the on site shop is daylight robbery) and was about a 10 minute walk out the drive way turn right and keep walking along the main road, plenty of shops and restaurants if you wanted a change of scenery! We didn’t do any excursions. We went with Tui but paid for private transfer £70 there and back it is only 20mins from the airport so very close and convenient. All in all the negatives mean i probably won’t return but that said we all enjoyed the stay - it just wasn’t outstanding, I mean well worth the price we paid but would probably try somewhere else next year. If you’ve booked to go here you will enjoy yourself and you won’t regret it, just a few niggles that would put me off returning…

"The best first abroad holiday ever!"

10.0

This was my first holiday abroad and I can truly say I am so lucky for it to have been here. From start to finish, our stay at Sarigerme Park was a dream. When we arrived we were welcomed, checked in and immediately offered a tray with iced cherry tea to try. We were then met by Ali Berk, one of the Tui Reps who offered to show us around the hotel and also as I had emailed in advance regarding my intolerances, we were able to have a conversation about this. Together, Berk and I spoke about what I could and couldn't eat and we filled out a sheet of paper I was to carry with me throughout the holiday in order for the staff to all be able to understand what my intolerances were in Turkish. Berk also introduced me to one of the Sous-Chefs, Erdem, who was also given a thorough briefing from Berk on what I couldn't eat. This information was also made a note of in a small book which he had on his person alongside my room number. I was reassured that either one of them would be available to talk to at a meal time so that if there was nothing on the all-inclusive offer that was safe for me to eat, that they would be able to ask for/make me a version of it that I could eat. Between the two of them, I can honestly say that they were the heroes of my holiday as without Berk & Erdem, I'd have been worried the entire time as to what I would be able to eat that wouldn't make me ill. I did find on some nights that there wasn't food that I was able to eat, such as the pasta being cooked in butter or the meat having been cooked in garlic, however as I had been promised, they were able to make me my own portion that was safe for me to eat. I couldn't be more grateful to the two of them. I should note that all the food in the restaurant and also the food served in the pool and beach bars are all labelled with the main 14 allergens alongside as being labelled as to containing garlic or whether they are vegan. Our room was spotless and housekeeping were very thorough in their cleaning during the 10 days that we were there. On arrival there were 2 bottles of water in the mini fridge of our room and we were able to continue this throughout the holiday with the bottles that could be taken from the fridges around the hotel. (I will continue writing this review as I have so much good stuff to say but I want the review posted asap so everyone can see how good it is)

"Great hotel and holiday destination. Tui Blue and hotel staff excellent."

10.0

Absolutely wonderful stay at a beautifully maintained and spacious hotel. The staff were outstanding—attentive, friendly, and genuinely thoughtful, remembering names and preferences throughout our visit. Rooms were well maintained, well-equipped, and incredibly comfortable (the bedding and pillows made for a great night's sleep), with extremely attentive daily housekeeping. There was never any issue finding a shaded sunbed or a table for meals. Fresh beach towels were always available, which was a real help. The site is nicely spread out, which suited us, with the pool and beach areas being quite separate (around a two-minute walk between them). Dining was plentiful and delicious, with food served across various locations. Our daughter has a nut allergy, which restricted her choices, especially with desserts, but the staff did their best to help when asked although it was still quite limited in what they could provide. The à la carte restaurant was a highlight: highly recommended, but do book before arrival as capacity is limited. Daily pool punch was a fun touch, and the pool and beach cafés offered a welcome lunchtime change of scenery from the main dining area. The local town is just a 10-minute walk—more of a shopping high street than a charming spot, but handy for picking up bits and pieces. Would definitely return—huge thanks to the hotel team for making our stay so memorable.

"Absolutely amazing!!"

10.0

I was amazed by this hotel!! I went on a week trip with my dad to this lovely hotel and we were more than pleased with our stay. Food/Drinks The food was absolutely amazing!! They had so much option which is great. Me and my dad loved the little ‘hors d'oeuvres’ at dinner time. I couldn’t fault breakfast, lunch or dinner for food. All options including freshly cooked food. Thank you Ayse for always being attentive for our morning drinks! The beach bar for lunch was our favourite! They have a good option for drinks, although imported alcohol came with a charge. However the drinks were still great overall. Eda - always have a fabulous smile for our evening drinks! Pool/Beach Sunbeds wars do NOT exist in this hotel! Lots of beds by the pool and was mostly free until 10am. Pool is pretty big and was never overcrowded. It was a little warm at times (we prefer a colder pool) but the showers are a great substitute if you get too warm. The beach was GREAT! So many sunbeds and very close to the beach bar! - we didn’t stay on the beach as I’m not the biggest of fans, but for those who would be beach lovers, it’s great. Entertainment We didn’t do any during the day activities, but I know they offered quite a few options. I saw these on the Tui app every day. A little different to what we’re used too (used to the entertainment coming round the pool to get you involved!). The evening entertainment was great, we REALLY enjoyed the ‘African queens’. The best one by far!! Hotel/Rooms The hotel is full of amazing flowers!!! We were amazed by how beautiful the grounds were. The hotel is very modern and beautiful, we were beyond impressed. The rooms were basic, prefer a little bigger but overall everything worked as expected. Would like if the mini-fridge was topped up every day, BUT again wasn’t too fussed. Overall this hotel exceeded our expectation and have already been telling all friends and family to come here!!! - it will not be our last visit!!!

"Excellent all-inclusive resort"

10.0

TUI BLUE Sarigerme exceeded all of our expectations during our two weeks summer holiday. The food was delicious and varied, everything was spotlessly clean, rooms, restrooms, restaurants and garden – and the beach is pure sand, with no pebbles or rocks, also not in the clear sea. The whole staff at this hotel are incredibly friendly and helpful, from the hotel manager and reception manager to the spa crew (Tarkan) and the service team (Ayse). We’ve stayed at many all-inclusives, but this one is by far the best. Highly recommended.

"Hotel for smokers"

2.0

Advice: Take an example from TUI BLUE PALM GARDEN when the whole beach is non-smoking area. Unfortunately, here on the main part of the beach (where is the sun roof) people can smoke. So quests they have a choice: either you stay in the main beach area and breaf whole cigarette smoke or you move to the smaller part of the beach where no roof, and only sun umbrellas (not full covering against the sun) This is my first complain in my live....
