TUI BLUE Sarigerme Park

Wonderful relaxing family resort., with lush grounds and a great pool. The sea is beautiful anyone there were watersports for those that were interested. The staff were excellent, and particular mention must go to Berk. He organised a special cookery class for pescatarians with brilliant chefs Huseyin A and Volkan. We had a meal in the Levante A la Carte restaurant and the Team were very attentive, making sure gluten intolerances were taken care of. Thanks to Kadir, Ahmet and Ugur. We would definitely come again. If I have any downsides, perhaps that we found the diving course guy, who wanted us to do a diving session, was a bit patronising, telling us the same spiel as he did our neighbours and giving unwanted advice about air conditioning causing colds, and that kids should be making memories rather than using their phones. Overall a wonderful holiday with a great team. Thank you 🙏

We were looked after so well in 2024 that we thought we would go back to TUI Blue Sarigerme Park for June 2025, The staff are so kind and considerate. Everyone from arrival at the Reception desk , all hotel staff we encountered and to the beachside toilets that were kept clean, all day, every day!! I have some food allergies and Sous Chef Erdem was a Star. He looked after me most days with deliciously prepared food and when he wasn't on duty , Chef Hayati did the same. Food and Beverage Manager Murat K, looked after my every dietary needs, professionally, as he did in 2024. Thanks also goes to Hasan the Restaurant Manager. These guys checked on me at every meal time. I have to say that I valued this attention because if I do eat the wrong foods I do have bad reactions. There are too many people to name but Thanks also goes to Erdem S -Waiter, Didem - Waitress and Ulku who was still working although heavily pregnant. I guess she has had her baby by now. We used Google translate which came in very useful. You are to be congratulated on a good team of people running your hotel. Who knows you might see us again in 2026! Just to add, the rooms were spotlessly clean and the beach and the restaurant at the beach is a perfect place to spend the day.

Had a fantastic stay at Sarigerme Park. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. There was always plenty to do without any need to leave the resort. As a vegan family, They did a fantastic job at catering to our dietary requirements. All the food is clearly labelled with allergens as well as having a dedicated vegan section. There wasn't always lots of selection readily available but one of the managers, Murat was fantastic and worked with the chefs to create specially requested meals for us each day. Would 100% recommend and visit again

We booked a random last minute getaway during the May half term and wow were we pleasantly surprised! My husband wanted to stay for longer. I cannot fault the Tui Blu e Sarigerme park at all. From the moment we got there to the minute we left, we felt like we were looked after SO well. A complimentary upgrade thanks to a wonderful front of house staff. The restaurant manager Murat was attentive throughout our stay. The on site photographer Mickey was a barrel of laughs and took wonderful photo memories for our trip. I have to say the food was the highlight of this stay- the restaurants are amazing and have such high quality food- I’d spend my day walking from one to the other to see what I fancied the most!!! My little girl who is 5 had an absolute blast- there were plenty of kids entertainment and an on site kids playground that was never crowded. The beach was lovely and there were so many loungers and so many areas to choose from dependant on your mood. We booked the cabanas on one day and it was luxurious and peaceful… I would definitely say this is a 5* hotel and not at all a 4* we had a 5* experience and cannot wait to come back! Thank you so much for our most wonderful stay. Dalaman has a piece of our heart!

We stayed at the Tui Blue Sarigerme Park straddling the first week of the UK school holidays and found pretty much everything fantastic about the hotel itself. The food at breakfast, lunch and evening meal was all great with many dishes cooked fresh in front of you. There was so much choice that you had to be the pickiest of picky eaters to not find something you wouldn't like. We tried a bit of most dishes each day and the vast majority were delicious. The BBQ and A La Carte were also great and I would recommend everyone tries them both. The only caveat is that there are more bugs around at the BBQ so ensure you double up on bug spray that evening. But couldn't complain about the food at all. There was plenty choice on the drinks particularly with soft drinks and juice. The free cocktails and mocktails were ok with the wife taking a particular liking to the Matcha Tropicana's. I would suggest there being another simpler cocktail or two added to the free listing such as Woo Woo/Sex On the Beach type but other than that, can't complain. The hotel itself is immaculate and well maintained. All of the common areas are clean and surrounded by beautiful gardens and array of greenery. Likewise with the private beach which was spotlessly clean. We never had a problem getting a sunbed at the pool or beach. There was always plenty at the beach any time of day and as most sit under covers, there wasn't the worry of sitting in the bleaching sun with the kids. You could pull your beds forward into the sun if you wish or leave them in the shade which was hot enough. The pool was a bit busier but providing you were down before 9.30am, you could generally get a sunbed one place or another. There was a little bit of reserving beds happening later in the week which would be nice if the hotel could address. Maybe have towels removed before 8.30am if no one is down at the pool. After that, it would maybe be difficult as the hotel activities start so families will be popping away temporarily for periods to take part in arranged activities. The hotel caters to quite a mix of nationalities with the majority when we were there being British and German. Most staff could understand and communicate in Turkish, German and English so there weren't any communication issues. The staff are what really makes this hotel as every single one of them were amazing and extremely hardworking. Right from check-inn/reception to the restaurant/bar staff, they were all friendly, professional and diligent in what they are doing as well as most being able to speak in multiple languages so the hotel has done extremely well assembling the team they have. There were so many that we could mention but I've put a few individuals below that we interacted with across the week that really stood out. Breakfast/Restaurant - Ayse - We could tell that her English wasn't as strong as her German however she was always welcoming each morning and straight over to ensure we have drinks and the table was clear. Lunch/Purple Turtle Bar - Ali T - Very hardworking in what was a very busy bar during 40C+ temperatures. He was over to take drink orders in a flash and always had time for a little chat. Yoga/Aquarobics - Yulia - My wife found the sessions very enjoyable but also relaxing. Fitness Class - Emre - Did extremely well to make a fitness class fun and light hearted despite it being extremely hot. Boccia/Entertainment - Turgay - Really nice bloke who organised and ran many of the activities. Had a good game of Boccia and chat about the hotel and area. Very difficult job when dealing with multiple languages and ages (adults/kids) Finally, I regret that I didn't get a chance to get his name but a big shoutout to the Pool Area Maintenance worker who was usually stationed between the main pool and the children's pool. He worked none stop everyday moving sunbeds for guests, collecting glasses/plates, sweeping/mopping water away from sunbeds and around the side of the pool and generally keeping the area tidy. The temperature every day was 36C+ and he was always grafting doing one thing or another. Ultra hard working doing a job that is often overlooked (Deserves a bonus)

This place is in a class of its own. Beautiful well maintained gardens, accommodation and all amenities. Efficient staff team with meticulous attention to detail. Outstanding fine dining food on another level every day.worthy five star

Hotel immaculate and clean. Rooms clean & modern Hotel staff professional and polite Food good at the turtle beach restaurant The barbecue amazing Chocolate milkshakes top tier Coffee lovely Beach lovely & clean and paid 70 euro for day bed which was great. Cons The drinks are really bad the drinks are all local brands and to be honest didn’t taste like they had any alcohol in the drinks. The wine is vile and the champagne is like sweet table wine Any decent branded cocktails etc had to pay for which isn’t acceptable if already paid all inclusive which isn’t cheap. All soft drinks are draft apart from the barbecue I enjoyed my time here but wouldn’t return due to poor drinks package

Our second visit to this wonderful hotel! Staff are fantastic, grounds are beautiful, everywhere is kept extremely clean, food is fantastic, massage was great. We love this place and will be back again.

An early review as having just arrived yesterday, but unfortunately I was not pre warned about the limited all.inclusive drinks options amd this is extremely limited and after having spent so much money I have never been to a hotel where I've had to pay for any sort of cocktail. It looks like I will be spending more money having to go.out in an evening.

Amazing family holiday. I can’t rate this place highly enough. The location is great- the sea is warm and clear. The setting is amazing- the accommodation is spread out across the park (lots of shops 5-10 minute walk way). The food is exceptional, and catered for my family’s divergent tastes. The drinks are great too- very varied. I’ve had a massage and was very impressed by the set up, range of treatments and the staff. Mehmet and Torkon were very kind and friendly, and welcoming. We tried a family dive too, and are grateful to Hussain for this. My daughter enjoyed having her hair braided. It’s been a lovely relaxing family holiday.
