TUI Blue Sarigerme Park Hotel – stay 6-20 August 2025
Arrival – Our party of 4 adults and 3 children arrived by coach at 21:20. The dinner restaurant closes at 21:30. We were informed we could leave our cases at the front entrance and go straight to the restaurant if we wished. My son & I decided to go for a meal and the others preferred to go to reception get their room key cards and go to the room. When my son & I finished our meal, at about 22:15, we went to reception to book in and then went to get our cases. Only my case was where it was left, my son’s case was missing. Went to reception and informed them that only my case was found, the other was missing. Reception said the case must be somewhere in hotel. Enquiries to the other room that the rest of the party were staying, if they had an extra case, proved negative. Reception staff said we should go to our room and come back in 30 minutes. When going back to reception told they were still searching for case. At about 22:45 the plan was to look at CCTV footage of the front entrance. As I was going with the man to look at footage, a message was received that the case was at the airport. I had mistakenly picked up by a driver. The plan was for another driver to bring the case back in 25-30 minutes. Time passed with more times stated. The case finally arrived back at 00:15, some 3 hours after first arriving. Not a great start to our stay.
