"Fabulous hotel !"

10.0

Definitely a hotel worth a return visit ! Food is plentiful and you're spoilt for choice! Spotlessly clean, staff work so hard and are so helpful. Kids loved the pool, and just a quick walk to the sandy beach. Always found a sunbed, loads of shade available. WiFi really good. Shopping strip only 10 mins outside the hotel, loads of bargains! Went on a boat trip and a diving trip, both guys arranging were really helpful. Definitely a hotel I would recommend 👌

"Close to perfection"

10.0

The Turkish truly do take the crown as the best hoteliers! A wonderful holiday with so many positives that it would take time I don’t have to write up my review. Instead I’ll score a few key points: Environment 10/10 Food 9.5/10 Drinks 8.5/10 (cocktails a little poorly executed) Rooms 9/10 Beach space 9/10 Coffee bar 10/10 Service 10/10 Cleanliness 10/10 Pool space 7/10 (too small for the number of guests) Entertainment 9/10 Special mention for the bike tour guy (so sorry I forgot his name) a challenging but great experience. Thank you to everyone at the resort for a memorable and relaxing holiday 🙏😍

"Disappointing start to holiday"

8.0

TUI Blue Sarigerme Park Hotel – stay 6-20 August 2025 Arrival – Our party of 4 adults and 3 children arrived by coach at 21:20. The dinner restaurant closes at 21:30. We were informed we could leave our cases at the front entrance and go straight to the restaurant if we wished. My son & I decided to go for a meal and the others preferred to go to reception get their room key cards and go to the room. When my son & I finished our meal, at about 22:15, we went to reception to book in and then went to get our cases. Only my case was where it was left, my son’s case was missing. Went to reception and informed them that only my case was found, the other was missing. Reception said the case must be somewhere in hotel. Enquiries to the other room that the rest of the party were staying, if they had an extra case, proved negative. Reception staff said we should go to our room and come back in 30 minutes. When going back to reception told they were still searching for case. At about 22:45 the plan was to look at CCTV footage of the front entrance. As I was going with the man to look at footage, a message was received that the case was at the airport. I had mistakenly picked up by a driver. The plan was for another driver to bring the case back in 25-30 minutes. Time passed with more times stated. The case finally arrived back at 00:15, some 3 hours after first arriving. Not a great start to our stay. Reception area – Received standard room cards. There is a TUI desk, which is staffed off and on all day. There is no currency exchange desk (there are a whole row of ATM’s as you enter the town – about 10 minutes’ walk away from entrance gate). There are cupboards with books, displays and seating areas. Currency – Most items are priced in euros for extras in the hotel & in Sarigerme. Rooms – The standard room is plain with the standard features. Each room has large shower room, soap dispensers, hair dryer, shaving plug & mirror, towels and pool towels (which can be exchanged daily at Towel Station) fridge with water for first day, you have to stock up from the various service points throughout the complex. Kettle, tea bags, coffee sachets & powdered milk. (I got glass of milk from service point & brought my own decaf coffee) Good air conditioning. Balcony with two chairs and table. Small clothes drying rack. Electric plugs are 2 round pins, but there are USB points. TV has lots of channels, but few English channels. Main restaurant – Used for breakfast and dinner. Good selection of food. Go early to miss busy times. Dress code in evenings, men’s long trousers or smart knee length shorts required. Breakfast from 07:00 till 10:00, with late breakfast till 11:00. Dinner 18:30 till 21:30. Pool bar & restaurant – Handy for drinks if by the pool. Limited selection of food for lunch. Beach bar & restaurant Purple Turtle – Best place for lunch. 12:30 till 1500. Can get busy. Excellent service. Good selection of food including ice cream. Lovely burgers. A la carte restaurant Levante – One free visit per stay. Set menu each week, alternating between week one and two. Advise checking which week and seeing menu, before reserving places. Not impressed by menu. Did not go. BBQ – Need to book on app for reservation. Out in the open, near beach. Good selection of food. 19:00 till 21:30. Found less insects after sunset. Sunset View – For Turkish breakfast 07:00 till 10:00 and 19:00 till 21:30 for Turkish cuisine. Fees & reservations required. Snacks & drinks - Available 24hrs from various stations. Includes refrigerated plastic bottles of water, sandwiches, rolls & fruit. All-inclusive bar – Good selection of drinks, with non-inclusive drinks at additional cost. Pools – Main pool is a large “tick shaped” pool 1.4m deep, about 15m x 45m with steps midway and ladders in 4 corners. There is a small games pool 1.3m deep nearby. The freshwater pools are well maintained. There is a lifeguard on duty between 10:00 & 18:00, although the pool can be seen to be used from 07:00. Red flag fly’s when no lifeguard is on duty, yellow & red flag, when lifeguard is around. There is an area fenced off for two shallow baby pools. There are showers and a changing room nearby. There are sunbeds around the pools, most with either a shaded canopy overhead or parasols. There are additional sunbeds in the grass areas near the pool. The decking around the pool is cleaned by machine, but only the location around the sunbeds, which are not moved, leaving about 50% not cleaned. Staff clean with mops and wipe down sunbeds, tables and mop under sunbeds. Grounds – There are extensive grounds, larger than most hotels, which are very well maintained. There are a large number of tame cats and kittens around, as well as peahens, and a few lizards & tortoises. Watch out for water sprinklers, grassed area can get very wet. Towels – There are pool/beach towels in the room on arrival. These can be exchanged free of charge daily at the towel station. Beach – Large sandy private beach with lots of sunbeds and parasols. Daybeds available at additional charge. Pier, lots of water sports. Volley ball court, boccia area. Facilities - Range of shops, spa, hairdressers, gym, children’s club am & pm (closed on Mondays) Giant chess, Archery, small trampolines. Cycling. Tennis courts. Doctors. Well maintained toilets at various locations. Entertainment - Use the TUI Blue app for details & sign up for events. Evening entertainment in theatre. Wi-Fi - Sign in. Good reception throughout premises. Weather – Reached 45C one day, according to pool side monitor, but mainly 37-40C other days, with cloudless blue sky. No rain. Language – Staff mainly speak & understand German. Seek out staff with union flag on their name badges, for those who understand English. Location – About 25 minutes drive from Dalaman airport. Short 10 minute walk into Sarigerme. Sarigerme has lots of shops aimed at tourists, with all your holiday essentials, as well as supermarkets and restaurants/cafes. Items generally not priced on shelves. When you pay in supermarkets cash register reads out amount in euros or lira. There is a doctors, dentist & pharmacies. Views of surrounding rocky hills from hotel pool side, where I saw several goats walking across just below the two large communication masts, Drawbacks – Helicopters fly overhead about every couple of hours during the day. Generally, no signs of mosquitos, but some guests got bites.

"An ok holiday at TUI Blue Sarigerme Park"

6.0

What started out as very promising holiday at TUI Blue Sarigerme Park ended with a fairly disappointed feeling. The first impressions of Sarigerme Park were really good, everything was clean tidy, staff friendly with lots of activities to do at the park. Meals were helpful yourself to the food and table service for drinks and whatever else you needed. As time went by I started getting ignored by some staff members at meal times and the service started to deteriorate a lot of staff were uninterested and miserable and made you feel like you weren't welcome. The food itself was typical all inclusive food nothing really special there was a lot of choice but nothing really to write home about. The Levante restaurant is always booked up on the TUI blue app which is very useful for most things however when I questioned this at reception because I didn't find any availability they said I needed to book before I came on holiday?? My son decided to do the diving taster at the pool which was actually really good and the actual diving trip was a hit and very well organised, I would recommend this. All in all it was an ok holiday I wouldn't say it was worth the extra spend if you're thinking it's going to be a lot better than your average holiday because it's really not.

"Lovely clean place but not the place for primary aged children"

6.0

We just got back from a weeks holiday here. We had gone to the Holiday Village down the road a couple of years ago and so came here for something different-we kind of wished we hadn’t. Firstly, I must say, the place is immaculate, plenty of sunbeds and the cocktail man a few times a day around the pool was a highlight. Also, the beach is beautiful and the water warm. The evening entertainment was good, although very similar each night-lots of ninja (albeit it impressive) acrobatics and the singers in the purple turtle were always fantastic. The staff were made to dance for the singers which looked awkward and forced and they were often standing in front of the guests. You also only knew who they were because of the name badges, they were never in uniform or present during the day. We walked into the town which was a nice change and the shops were half the price of the ones in the hotel. Unfortunately, for us and our three young children that is where the positives end. The kids disco was repetitive and aimed at very young children, the film was always something random and although my 3 year old enjoyed it my older two did not. The kids park was also not safe, my son kept getting his feet caught in a gap under the slide at the top and the swings made me so nervous as the bars moved. The entertainment started very late and my 8 year old would often fall asleep and then be mad he missed it. The children attended kids club once and said it was too babyish and refused to go back. It was also my sons birthday whilst away and although there was a gift in the room (thank you) unlike the Holiday village where my daughter had a birthday and went up on stage, had a call out around the pool, his birthday went unnoticed. The pools were our main issues. The baby pools were for very young babies, those that are crawling I would say. The two other pools were only different by 10 cm and with no slopes in, and being the same depth the whole way, my children could not touch the floor in either. Both older ones are confident swimmers but this did cause issues for them. My children also cut themselves on the inside of the pool as there were sharp bits on the walls. The food was also a challenge for us. Although they enjoyed breakfast, the children’s selection for dinner especially was poor. My children lived on plain spaghetti pasta and cucumber from the adult section as the veg in the kids part was always dried out. We had to get snacks from the expensive shop to keep them going. Unless your children are older and/or have a good diet, I would not be coming back.

A really nice resort, great layout. It was busy, but you never really felt overcrowded, except at the main restaurant and pool. Cons: people reserving sunbeds, though we always manage to find at least one. Rude guests - the staff work so hard and are really attentive, it was a shame to see how rude some 'entitled' people can be. No pool slides - we did know this and it would have made the pool area more rowdy, but my teens got a bit bored after a couple of days. Sea - lovely space, plenty of beds, great bar/restaurant, but the water can be so choppy. Some waves could take you

"A beautiful hotel for everyone"

10.0

On arrival they helped us to our room and opened the bar (closes at 1am) so we could have a drink. The room had been cleaned amazingly everyday even with allergy safe sheets (we have allergies) The food has great with a big selection of salad, meats, fish and puddings. Pizza and jacket potatoes too. Cocktails are good so is the wine and prosecco. The punch bar that comes around the pool is a touch. The beach is clean and safe and the water is refreshing. The local village is a 5 min walk away where you can buy local bits and have a drink. So far so good and haven’t been bitten but we bought plug in bug things, bands and spray. Be aware of the hornets they are HUGE but no one so far has been stung. All in all a 10/10 holiday has by a family of 4 (20 year old and 16 year old)
