TUI BLUE Sarigerme Park

Wow what a brilliant 2 weeks we've had here. Beautiful hotel and surroundings. The staff were friendly and could do no more for you. Very professional. Location great, turtle bay is a must and the cable car Ouldeniz however wrap up warm it's cold at the top. Ali and Berk at the hotel were exceptional. Would definitely be staying again. Acessability for people like myself with mobility problems was very good. I used my electric wheelchair to move around, hotel and beach very accessible.

This is my third visit to this hotel this year which should testify it’s an excellent hotel. The hotel has an army of attentive and professional staff who strive to make the holiday experience special. The bar and restaurants are managed by two magnificent managers Arif & Murat who work tirelessly to ensure their teams operate like clockwork. There are a huge number of staff who deserve a mention but here is a handful who went the extra mile to make this stay special. Hasbi, Halime, Elif and Sema in the bar area and Abdul Kadir, Didem, Mustafa, Muammer, Durdakin and Sevket in the restaurants. They are all very experienced in their field of work and this shows in their conduct and attention to detail. The next important element that makes this hotel special is its cleanliness. All the cleaners work extremely hard to maintain very high standard. Our room this visit was looked after by Nizamettin he did an outstanding job keeping our room clean and well serviced. The hotel is set in gorgeous manicured gardens which are totally different to walk through at different times of the year and the jasmine this visit was heavenly. The gardens lead you down to a beautiful stretch of beach with lots of loungers and parasols. The beach is also spotless and now has the benefit of a large no smoking area. The entertainment is varied but I would say there is something for everyone to enjoy. We only took part in the events held at the Purple Turtle but the act “the African Queens” were outstanding.

From the moment we booked with TUI until the end of our trip, everything was absolutely perfect! The planes were new, clean, and very comfortable, and best of all, not a single delay. The hotel was superb in every possible way. From the moment we stepped inside, we were warmly welcomed and instantly felt at home. Special thanks to: Berk at reception – for the warm welcome, friendliness, and genuine hospitality. Mustafa K. at Turtle Purple Restaurant – always friendly, respectful, chatty, and with a big smile that brightened every meal. Ali & Meliha at breakfast – so attentive and welcoming. We never had to ask for tea; it arrived before we even thought about it! Asli from housekeeping – we never met in person, but every day we returned to a fresh, spotless, and perfectly tidy room. It truly made us feel at home. The food was simply amazing, fresh, with many dishes prepared right in front of you, and a wide variety to suit every taste. The a la carte restaurant offered a truly unique dining experience, and the Barbecue Restaurant was a paradise for meat lovers. Everything was so well-organized and thoughtful that we couldn’t ask for more. Thank you, TUI and the entire hotel team, for making our holiday unforgettable. We’ll definitely be back!

Just returned after a 12 night stay our 3rd time visiting to this beautiful hotel and it’s wonderful gardens which are joy to walk around and wonderful beach . The hotel and the restaurant are superb all the staff are so friendly and welcoming this includes each area of the staff . Would like to give a special thank you to lovely Emine our breakfast waitress who always went above and beyond each time we are here and Sibel aswell and many more individuals we have got to know the last 3 years . Highly recommended this hotel for a relaxing holiday .

Just returned from another outstanding holiday at the TUI Blu Sarigerme Park Hotel. The hotel is extremely well situated with fabulously well kept gardens and beach. The staff manning the restaurants and bars are exceptionally well trained and very pleasant. Of particular note was Muammer, his alertness to the needs of the guests and his attention to detail is commendable. The reception area is always spotlessly clean and all the front desk staff very accommodating. We have noticed the majority of the staff are the same as previous years, so that in itself is a testament to a friendly, caring hotel, managed by professionals. Just one slight item of mention was the lack of toiletries and bath robes. I’m sure these were available on previous occasions. Well done TUI Blu Sarigerme Park! We will definitely be returning next year.

It was clean, quiet and nice overall. Food was very good and staff worked very hard. Beach was outstanding. But strangely, the smaking areas were larger than the non-smoking areas. And the evening entertainment could have been earlier--8:30 pm instead of 9:30 pm which is better for seniors.

The establishment we enjoy staying at twice a year was magnificent again this September. A flawless establishment from A to Z, with an exceptional service. Starting with Front Office Manager Mr Ömür, Mr Güven's attentive and warm care, the mastery and incredible sincerity of Chefs Erdem and Hayati in the restaurant, and again in the service, Muammer, Abdülkadir, Halime, Durkadın and all the staff whose names we cannot mention, their smiling and sincere approach was commendable. Furthermore, the hotel boasts a landscaping that is more impressive than a botanical garden, exceptionally well-maintained. Every corner is kept spotless at all times. To this, we must also add our country's most tranquil and beautiful beach and sea.

Just arrived home from the TUI Blue Sarigerme Park. Once again a fabulous holiday, the staff are fantastic,friendly and professional. This is our 8th visit to this hotel and will be going again next year, because we had some rain this year we thought we would put the TV on unfortunately no English channels only news. I would rather have sun shine than English TV but on the rare occasion it does rain a few English TV would be great. See you in 2026

We loved our stay here, it exceeded all our expectations. The food was delicious, they catered to my daughters vegetarian requirements with no issue. There was a huge variety of food to choose from, whether you want chips or a gourmet roast veal. Our room was lovely, we chose a room furthest away for it to be quiet, however after staying we would say all the rooms are quiet rooms, even the ones next to the pool. Next time we stay we will choose one closer to the lobby as it is a short walk to the back of the villas, but all the rooms seem just as serene as each other. The room was also very clean with all the amenities needed, including a mini fridge. The room comes with soap and shower gel, but we would recommend packing shampoo and conditioner. There are countless activities to do that are included, such as yoga, aqua aerobics or archery. These activities wont spoil the calmness of the resort if you are looking for somewhere quite! We would like to thank Dicle (the archery instructor) who was very kind and helpful, my daughter went to archery everyday! Also thank you to Salleh who helped drive me around the resort due to my mobility issues, he was also very obliging and happy to help! Berk on reception was always checking in on me, being very helpful. But a big thank you to ALL the staff. Can't wait to return :)
