The bungalows are spacious and finely furnished. The structure is new. The restaurant is excellent with a wide and also healthy choice. Communication and reception need to be taken care of.

"Great winter stay in sunny and warm Fuerteventura"

Location, the Atlantic ocean nearby, mountain views, great spacious rooms, great staff and buffet and a very calm and quiet place all together made it a very welcome and special stay in winter times. Very nice temperatures 22C

Suggestion could be to consider dimming light options for evening dinners for what is now a very bright place

"Great stay"

Room was very spacious and well equipped. Receptionist was amazing. Nothing was too much trouble. Rooms regularly cleaned. Breakfast was excellent. Looked after my wife on her birthday. Decorated breakfast table and bottle of bubbly in our suite!

"Very poor for the price"

Where should I start?… No Privilege reception No Privilege drink on arrival No pool towels in the room as booked No one could get us on to the WiFi as we were given the wrong instructions Fridge not replenished every night as arranged Lack of variety in the food same menu for our twelve day stay Poor service all round ~ admitted by the hotel as cannot get the staff. We reported all this on our 2nd/3rd day to both hotel management and the Jet2 Rep which was a complete waste of time We tried eating in the main restaurant but there were more people than places, it was absolute bedlam. It was almost as though the whole hotel wanted to eat at the same time and/or there were people in there that should not be!?!? As no one checked your status or room number. Absolutely NOT worth the money and would not recommend it to anyone
