La piscina muy pequeña, el aire acondicionado no funcionaba y no hicieron nada por solucionarlo, las toallas olían mal tras el primer uso, la limpieza diaria era casi inexistente, te hacían la cama, pero no limpiaban, se notaba mucho que sólo hacían una pasadita muy rápida y que no limpiaban el baño y la cortina del baño muy sucia, daba bastante asco. Sinceramente esperaba bastante más de un 4 estrellas.

Das Hotel Esmeralda ist ruhig gelegen. Die Suiten sein sehr geräumig und lassen sehr viel Raum zum Wohlfühlen. Mit ein paar Bildern an der wand wäre die Unterkunft noch gemütlicher. Das Essen war im ruhigen Restaurant stets frisch zubereitet und schmackhaft. Durch das große Buffet fällt die Wahl sehr leicht auf die Dinge , die einem schmecken. Außerdem werden Fisch und Fleisch am Open Coocking Desk nach Wahl immer frisch zubereitet. Die Krone ist das Personal, das immer freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend ist.

More variety in vending machines. Light above the dining room table must be stronger. Sofa- bed is really hard and uncomfortable and as not curtains in the room there’s too much light in the morning.

Hair dryer, large wardrobe in the bedroom, towels changed almost every day. Bath liquid and shampoo in the bathroom. Relatively close to the beach. Quiet surroundings. Almost no children.

The soundproofing of the room is poor. Every morning the central extractor fan in the hotel turns on and makes a terrible noise. If someone leaves something on the terrace and the wind blows, it causes another noise. Note: the rooms with a terrace in the photo are only in the photo. Generally, the facility has a rule that if you book with a sea view, you will receive a random one with a view, but not necessarily with a terrace. I rented this hotel only because of this terrace and unfortunately I did not receive this room.
