Woodbury Park Hotel and Golf Club

Very helpful staff, comfortable beds. We didn’t like the gloom of an inside facing bedroom and we could have done with more than one chair and a bedside electric plug. Bonus that all the staff spoke understandable English!

The hotel was very clean, tidy and we enjoyed our time. The spa was an added bonus which we used regularly. Definitely would stay there again.

This is a large hotel but the staff were very caring and helpful.

We stayed in a room for three; king bed and sofa bed. Lots of room , peaceful, comfortable and good WiFi. Breakfast was good.

This was fine for an overnight stay to visit the Sidmouth Folk Festival. Not our sort of place as it has no character as it’s a sports centre and health spa but if that’s your thing you’d love it. Our room was perfect in every way except it overlooked the central atrium so there were no outside windows and you can’t open the window for fresh air.

We really enjoyed our one night stay. We had a twin room overlooking the atrium, which we booked using Tesco Clubcard vouchers. Our room was spacious and clean, and we enjoyed making use of the gym and spa facilities, which were included.
