The dishes were really dirty when we got in so we had to wash everything before using them

Very big, comfortable, and super location

Part of oven not work properly (we later figured out how to better use it)

-location - large space - full kitchen facilities

- needs full renovation - Moldy nasty bathrooms - dirty dishes in kitchen - musty smell - very difficult to locate actual room after entering parkade- called for instructions and waiting 20 min before getting a call back

First time booking outside of a hotel property. The arrival was rough it was midnight and the access code didn't work, we eventually were connected with a live person who was amazing and able to get us in the room. Unfortunately the bed sheets hadn't been changed, i'm sure it was just an oversight as the rest of the unit was clean. The property also does not use duvet covers and the duvets were in poor condition which was a little gross. The unit did have its own washer/dryer which helped us manage the situation however I think we will stick with full service hotels in the future.

Fantastoc location - in the heart of Whistler Village. Very convenient because there are coffee shops, dining places literally 1 or 2 min away from the place. The place is very well organized and spacious - 8 people can stay without being cramped in. Clear instructions as to how to use tv, wifi, and door lock. The only downside is finding the place at first time, as its kind of like a maze - and you have to go though 5 doors and an elevator. Bit then, once you find it you know how to get there.
