Sadly there it wasn’t out of the ordinary.

The room was clean but tired and worn, and lacked comfort details. The pillows were excessively thick and uncomfortable, and there were no slippers provided for spa use. There was also a noticeable upselling approach throughout the hotel, with even small breakfast items coming at an extra charge. Overall, this is a dated hotel trading on facilities and location, but the experience falls short in service, comfort, and value. We would not return.

The friendliness of staff and the views.

The room was too cold. I didn't feel like moaning but regret that I didn't. I am not familiar with the style of shower and took a while to figure out how to make it cooler and switch it off.

Was lovely from start fo finish. Staff ao friendly, room was lovely and fhe bed so comfortable!! The breakfast was an easy ten! Lovely location and the spa day just topped it. Was definitely worth the money. Will be going there again very shortly
