The place was filled with roaches. In the six days we were there they never cleaned the rooms or gave us towels. The place smelled bad and creeped out my partner. She would rate it a zero!

Horrible customer service. Roaches all over and too cheap to fix anything. At this price everything should look emaculant, on the contrary. Don't waste your time at this dump, anywhere else would be much better

Let me count the ways of disappointment: TV was not working so we had to switch room. The new room smelled of musty: curtains, couch and bedding. Shower-curtain had mole. No towels hand towels provided. Some random many walking the halls tried to follow me into my room. I didn't feel safe. Staff did have housekeeping clean room but forgot towels and new shower-curtain. Room still smelled. Because room curtains smelled musty. Staff said to ask if needed to leave the room to call them for escort. Staff were nice.
