Well located near Gare du Nord. Easy access to the tram and metro at Rogier. Hotel staff is welcoming, hotel clean. Neighborhood is a little sketchy especially at night. Amenities were disappointing at that hotel. No high end bath products in the bathroom. Just the bare strict minimum expected in a 2 star hotel. Beds and pillows were barely meeting expectation.

My room was clean and had a beautiful window But I had to pay for extra coffee for the coffee machine in the room.this is not generally the case Staff a bit unfriendly
