Progress Hotel

The hotel was convenient and well suited to our needs. The staff were very helpful. A detailed plan outlining the location of the hotel from the train station would be advantageous. In addition the toiletries were rather light on and the preference would be for a shower gel and shampoo dispensers in the shower like many other accommodation spots we visited. All up we would return to this hotel when travelling again

Hotel is in good location rooms are fine but reception staff are not the friendliest

The beds are small but the hotel is very quiet. Offers much better sleep than the nearby Sheraton as the noise isolation is excellent in the hotel. This is important because of the nearby construction site and the busy street.

The hotel is very close to the train station which is ideal for a short stay. The room was very clean and comfortable. The only downside was the breakfast was mediocre and the attendants didn't keep the buffet well supplied however the hotel was a good value.

Excellent location/ main shopping area and attractions within a few minutes walk. Room was extremely clean and good size. Staff were very helping and accommodating. Good value for money.

A very good choice, close to the core of the city and few meters away from metro. The staff are friendly offering direction and free map

It's a very comfortable hotel with a 10 minute walk to the Grand Place. I liked the security of it, having to use your room card to get into the hotel and work the elevator. We had trouble with the TV that wasn't resolved even after we let the front desk know. After being on for a while, we wouldn't be able to change the program, adjust the volume, or actually turn the tv off, whether we used the remote control or press the buttons on the tv. The only way to turn it off was to actually unplug it which wasn't that easy due to furniture in the way.

Perfect location for business at Rogier area. Close, easy acces to Gare Bruxelles Nord, not a perfect area in late evening, but really the best for short business stay. Hotel is relatively new, good comfort, Been there several times, so I can even have some confidence in judging as Ok.

The room was adequate, carpet had stains, staff was friendly, but after check-in, no other contact. It was not a bad experience, but certainly not above average.
