Customer service and place aren't good.
The only good point is : near to thé beach, old place , very humid even with the air conditionning. Suprised by the resort fee… no resort activity , just beach towels. Would not go again . Gets noisy at night. Sorry it’s a no for me, not enough for the Price paid.
Staff was very welcoming and informative about local area & food.
The property is in good place close to waling distance to interest points if you like the area More than expected amenities Place is somehow noisy but that depends in other guests not the hotel
Chris was amazing very helpful and thoughtful! It was my birthday weekend he gave me great ideas and suggestions. The staff was very nice and thoughtful my entire trip! I would definitely be back
I would rate it 4.5 stars. The room is big, beds were ok, kitchen didn’t have any plates, they only do room service if you stay more than 5 days but they do give you fresh towels if you ask. Location was great, parking was across street fro $20 or 35$ valet. TV was new and big , the only negative the bathroom was not very clean there were alot of hairs on a floor.
I hardly ever leave a review but we had such a pleasant stay that i wantes to share. The staff was probably the best part. Chris was so helpful and accomodating. The location is great to me because its off Collins and just a quick watch to the beach. But its still a little removed from the craziness of South Beach so its not loud- hence there wasnt a problem sleeping. We will definitely be back!
Great place to stay and very friendly and helpful staff. Awesome location which is only a minute's walk to the beach and ask the hustle n bustle of South beach. Would gladly go back again. Rooms are huge too.
Everything was more than expected. Quiet. Clean. All necessary amenities. Within walking distance of plenty. Staff friendly.
Perfect stay for our girls trip. Room was clean, spacious and had everything we needed. Location was perfect, close to beach, shopping and dining. Service was exceptional, David had excellent knowledge to help with recommendations and Chris was very helpful. Would absolutely stay here again!
