Do not stay here **** My stay at this hotel was decent until the front desk supervisor William, gave my personal information to another employee. This employee came up to me asking about personal and confidential information without never having a personal conversation with me prior. Once I addressed William he acted confused as if what he did was harmless. Mind you these people have a copy of your ID and Credit Card, why would any of this information be given at free will? When I called to speak to a manager William answered the phone and stated no one above him would be at the location until Friday. He also refused to give any additional contact information to get this issue resolved. It’s Saturday 8/27 I have been told by the front desk representative Alex to dispute any charges with this hotel to my banking institution.

This was my first stay here and I must say any issue I had it was addressed immediately. William and Christian have to be the Best folks to meet and greet at the front desk. Suites on South Beach is not only spacious but definitely located in a great location.
