The room itself was nice - and the bed was very comfortable. the breakfast was good.

the elevator was not working .. not good for a hotel when people are carrying luggage up and down the stairs. The staircase itself was nasty -- the carpeting was stained and dirty. The security on the outside door near the staircase was not working - ie, you could just open the door without your key.

"Will never pay that price to stay in that hotel again"

Really liked breakfast

Shower broken & curtain cords broken so they had to move me to another room… next room before my stay was up had to kill to insects in room & ice machine half worked!!! Then fire alarm went off for no reason

The daytime staff went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed including a hot breakfast and anything else we asked for. Shirley went the extra mile and she really was the entire reason, we will be coming back again. She was so genuine and we really appreciate how much she cared.
