Comfort Suites University Drive

The morning lady at the front desk was very nice and helpful. I am disabled and I bought my 81 year old mother with me to my doctors appointments and the elevator was not working and The cleaning lady was able to clean room 118 downstairs for us early and she did an excellent job. The room smelled so good. The lady at the front desk helped me with my mom and the TV.

The elevator didn’t work and the evening front desk lady saw my mother and I come in and I asked her were the ice machine was she said I had to walk down the long hallway, up the stairs, down the long hallway to the left. The hotel should offer help or bag ice for your disabled, elderly and handicapped guests. I told the lady I wish I had known because I would have bought a bag of ice.

Have stayed there many times in College station such a great location and great hotel

How nice the staff was and how big the room was nice

Ower room was supposed to be a hot tub that did not have it ,renovated, and it was wrong advisement on booking.com .and also the hot outside did not work either 😫

Almost everything was correct and efficient.

You can hear everything! Couldn't sleep with all the noise. Also the key cards weren't dependable, had to get fixed at desk, but they did fix promptly

Elevator wasn’t working which is fine but the stairs were creepy. Stained carpets, not great visibility around the corners and exterior doors were not locked. Safety was lacking. The bathrooms also looked to have mold growing around the tub grout
