Great pool. Initially shown to one of only 3 appts with no real view when sitting in balcony and no sun even though they said it had view if gardens could only see trees after we went back to reception got lovely room overlooking hardens and pool not sure why this room was not offered initially is it due to we booked through Expedia?? Then Leonor lock broken and had to wait for 1.5 hours for this to be fixed no apology given at all

We had a fabulous big flat with a bedroom, hallway, bathroom and livingroom/kitchen. We missed an iven to cook but made it work with the microwave and stove. Even with loud evening entertainment as sion as the door was closed we couldn't hear a thing. Pool opens at 10 what was quite late. And you definitely need a car to get around. Overall really happy with the bookung and the cheap off end of season deal!

I left my children 7 and 5 in the kids club which is a drop off service. I spoke to a monitor to ask him what time I should pick them up, who told me a different time then on the notice board. When I asked for verification of the time he told me I was right to point out the board time and he was wrong. I found it strange that their names and my details were not taken when I left the children. I went back to my apartment and about 7 minutes later found my 5 year old son banging on the patio door. He was unhappy in the kids club and just walked out on his own unnoticed by the monitors. I returned there with him to find my 7 year old panicking at the loss of her brother and to find out what happened. There was no apology and they said that they had too many children to watch. They didn't even notice him gone until his sister alerted them. They then didn't even look for him. I was very upset and went to the reception to complain about the safety of the children. I informed them that every other kids club takes a headcount list of children and parents contact details and suggested they should do the same. They were completely unapologetic informing me that I didn't pay extra for the service of the kids club, there were too many children, it was September so they didn't have enough staff to take names, and as it is included for free I can't expect anything! I was also told that it was Spain and they do things differently there! This is untrue as my children are educated in Spain.

The hotel is very much for family's , kids clubs and very family friendly , I went with a friend and it wasn't for us at all nothing near the hotel st all the only way you could enjoy a trip here is if you drive or get a taxi everywhere! The staff are very strict on serving times for food there is only a buffet on offer for breakfast lunch and dinner which must be within a time charging €19 for dinner , so you can't eat in between which was rubbish as we wanted dinner at 6/7 o,clock but the buffet didn't open until 8pm , staff can't speak English very well but apart from that very friendly , resultant service was over an hour for even a bread basket which in the U.K. Would be shocking service but no one in the resultant seemed to mind there , the gardens and scenery was amazing and life guard was very helpful on information of ways to get around! Pool facilities was great and plenty of loungers on offer

Not so good, all in French. Food not good for veggies, swimming pool small. Room ok, not fully clean. Don't even give toilet rolls. Everything extra cost. Parking spaces very tight.

A great hotel outside of Cambrils/Miami Platja that's very convenient for those with a car. Nestled in the hill foots it has great views to the hills and sea. The entertainment and service is French/Spanish but the team made English speaking kids included. The pool area was fantastic and found it easy to wind the day away here. There were a couple of parts of the hotel/room that could need some minor attention - like peeling paint. But, I imagine I would need much more attention being sat in 30C sun all year too! Suggest heading in Miami Platja direction from resort as there are two large supermarkets (Lidl and Mercadona) near the main road and a much larger Esclat Hypermarket on Av. Barcelona. Really recommend Playa Cristal area of Miama Platja too - great beach and cafe/restaurants. Chisqui Ribisqui great BBQ place for families and great value (<€10 for main, fries and drink).

A nice location. Obviously will be better in the summer season. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Great place lovely pool area and very friendly staff comfortable apartments only negative no oven.

We had a lovely stay and enjoyed exploring nearby towns and beaches. We didn't try out the hotels kids clubs as most of the other holiday makers were French and Spanish so there wasn't much English spoken. Our young children enjoyed the pool, play area and grassy space to run around in.
