Creo que tiene más vida en verano,sin actividades,ni animación y a 5 km del pueblo.

Antes de llegar al hotel llamamos para confirmar la reserva y el recepcionista q nos atendió Alex aunq luego resultó ser muy agradable nos tuvo 20 min para poder encontrar nuestra reserva. No quise ser pesada pero trabajo en un hotel y crear incertidumbre a un cliente de esa manera q provoca nerviosismo innecesario resulta desagradable y poco profesional. El hotel es precioso aunq nuestra hab tenía en la veleta dos lozas sueltas bastante peligrosas luego el vídeo y la ducha perdían agua hab 213. El restaurante ofrece buffet por 20€. Un poco caro aunq la comida espectacular. La piscina es fantástica. El personal en general muy amable. Seguramente volveremos y en un lugar de un fin de semana smestaremos una semana seguro.
Great resort, could not fault it apart from the location was somewhat remote. A car would be useful to get about the area. If like us the intention was to spend time in the resort and chill it was perfect. Well equipped especially for children.
Faltaban más tumbonas en la piscina, el agua demasiado fría, ahora el kit de limpieza del apartamento sólo tiene una botellita de limpieza en general y un trapo, antes te daban unas pastillas para el lavavajillas y un frasco de detergente liquido para la vajilla. Algunos apartamentos disponian de TV más grande y colocada en la paret frontal para poderla ver des del balcón, la nuestra no. Por el resto, todo bién.
we spent one week from August 24 2019. As a group of 4 adults and 2 small children (3,5) we booked 2 apartments (one bedroom and 2 bedrooms). Overall we had a wonderfull vacation and the property was more that expected- nice big apartment, good breakfast, swwiming pool. We arrived at the property just after 18:00 and were surprised to find that the apartment are not ready yet. the village is about 10 minutes away from a supermarket (at least 3) or a restaurant and it was hard to find a take away pizza. I would rertainly recommend.
Very good..lovely complex and helpful staff. Helps if you speak some French or Spanish as some know little English. Overall a great holiday had by all !
Un resort muy agradable y en un magnífico entorno natural. La piscina es fantástica y el hotel en general está muy bien en relación calidad-precio. Y con coche estás a un paso de las playas de Miami Playa. Especial encanto en la zona de Playa Cristal, con muy buenas opciones de restaurantes. Lo peor del resort, las largas esperas en recepción hasta que te dan habitación. Si vas pronto, no tienen habitaciones preparadas. Y si vas a la hora en la que están preparadas tienes que esperar una larga cola en recepción hasta que te la dan.
Les animations étaient très sympa, les animateurs étaient top. Le site est très beau et les espaces verts très agréables. A la piscine, c'est la guerre des transats ! Les appartements manquent un peu de fraicheur (surtout au niveau salle de bain). 2 lits doubles dans la même chambre, c'est pas génial. Au niveau équipement, le petit frigo c'est gênant et ca manquait aussi un peu de vaisselle (1 seule poêle, c'est compliqué). L'épicerie est très succinte.
