Comfort Hotel Sello

A little outside of the centre of Helsinki but has frequent and cheap train options to central station (takes about 10 minutes). Otherwise it's a great spot to spend the weekend.

Last minute changes to our plans meant needing to find a place in to stay in the Leppavaara area. Next time I'm back in the area, I'll be staying here! We were greeted by a very warm and friendly staff member when we checked in late that night. The room was lovely! The bathroom was spacious, well-designed, and would have been the best feature until I laid down on the bed. The full breakfast in the morning is worth the extra euros. It was a full hot breakfast.

Nice business hotel close to a shopping center and a train station which takes you to Helsinki city center in 20mins. If you don't mind a bit distant location from city attractions this is a good stay.

Parking is convenient.

GLO Sello is consistent and comfortable. The breakfast has lots of variety for both European and American tastes. It's conveniently located next to a shopping center. Local restaurants are limited, however.

Great location and the hotel was clean and the room was very nice. I asked about a sauna and they said they did not have a sauna. This was Finland! How could a hotel not have a sauna???? They said that they "partnered" with a gym in the mall and that if I wanted to there I could for a fee of $12 Euro per day. It sounded more like I was partnering with the gym than the hotel. Buffet breakfast was pretty weak.
