A very relaxing stay

My stay was very good. Good location.

Good hotel good location breakfast plenty and good

The room was dummy and too dark. The lobby bar was also almost without light The personal was nice and helpfull..

3 nights - no room cleaning service

Staff is friendly location is good next to Sello centre. Room cleaning was below standard expected.

For business, convenient, next to the train station and shopping centre. I like the good solid rooms - which seemed to have good sound insulation. The breakfast was decent, but not really 'wow'.

I have stayed at this hotel many times because it is close to our company’s Finnish office. This particular time, I was disappointed with my stay: hair on the bed, bed made in a rush in the mornings, tv not working one night... and the room rate was really high. If there were other hotel choices nearby, I would consider staying in another one. Let’s hope the standards will increase next time around.

The hotel was chosen as being close to the office I was working in. It is in a modern development about 20 minutes north of the city centre. There's not a lot to do here but the hotel is comfortable and service friendly and efficient.
