Prospector Hotel & Gambling Hall

We’ve stayed at the Prospector inn and casino many times! I have a service dog that alerts to medical issues and he is treated like royalty! The staff are nice to me too lol. They have an amazing pet wing and generous outdoor green space.

My husband and I spent two nights total at the Prospector Hotel and Gambling Hall at the beginning and end of our trip to Southern Utah. Front desk / check in staff was very friendly. The casino floor/bar is getting remodeled, we received complementary drink coupons to the temporary bar. The room clean and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. We ate dinner at the restaurant, Margarita's in the casino. It was really good and the staff was friendly. If we ever pass through that way again, we'll stay at the Prospector.

No amenities as advertised that are under a remodel booked the room for amenities.

Staff are friendly, room was clean. I loved my bed so comfortable. We were given a coupon for a glass of wine each. It's really nice that there is a restaurant in the hotel, so convenient and really great food.

This hotel is in bad need of upgrades! It is attached to a casino, and the whole hotel smells like cigarette smoke. It is quite unappealing!

We always love staying here, but were very disappointed the pool and hot tub and Bar and back casino room were all closed! No warning or update was given before our arrival. If we would have known, we would have stayed elsewhere with a pool and hot tub! No discount was given for the inconvenience. We also had to move around all the ladders and workers while construction was underway.

We recently stayed at this Casino. The rooms were clean, the front desk and staff were all very helpful and friendly. The on-site restaurant was clean, the dish size could easily be shared by two people and both dinner and breakfast were fantastic with fast service. Well worth the stop and for the price honestly unbeatable!!! We would stay here again.

The hotel was a lot of fun, has a lot of interesting history and decorations. At night the lights are really cool, especially the trees lightning up. The staff went above and beyond to help us. Very great stay. Also was quiet. The provided ear plugs.

We originally had a room downstairs but the smoke from the casino was filtering in to the bottom level. All of us have smoke related issues so we asked to move upstairs.
