Breakfast was ok. Hotel is convenient to Wegman's and Chautauqua Institution.

Good location

Didn’t make beds or service room EVERY night. I hate when they use the Covid excuse when it’s clearly a cost saving measure. For $517 they could service room daily not every other day. Breakfast left much to be desired. Front doors were broken and had to go all around the building to load car.

Great room, a lot of space, clean and nice atmosphere

A year after leaving a very positive review, we stopped in again, but unfortunately the hotel seems to be have slipped in my estimation. Higher rates for a Tuesday night room. No Hilton Honor greeting was offered. I’d pre-selected a second floor room and requested a no pet room. Guess what-pet floors are first and second floors so we were assigned a 4th floor room and changed from a king to 2 queens. Shower was so weak, faucet in tub couldn’t be turned off and dripped all night. It was too late to call maintenance when I discovered the running faucet. Bedspread looked frayed. Stains on carpeting. Could use a refresh on walls and baths. Breakfast standard fare with bagel toppers with egg which were tasty. Sorry to see this become another slipping HI.

Hotel room was marked as having kitchen and dishwasher, but in reality there was only a microwave. No plates, no utensils. Hotel was highly overpriced - location is mediocre, there's nothing accessible in walking distance, need to drive to get anywhere. Breakfast was mediocre by EU standards. There was basically no normal food which you can give to 5-year old child, so we ended up buying good-quality granola in Wegmans.
