Carlton Hotel Dublin Airport Hotel

I was really impressed with having a shuttle that we were able to schedule in the morning to get to the airport. Thank you.

Suite 307 was clean, spacious & warm. We book this hotel as smokers the balcony is a wonderful addition. The free shuttle to & from the airport is great with friendly drivers. All staff we encountered were friendly. The only negatives were the toiletries, they are fixed to the wall in the shower & by the sink but there are none near the bath tub. The robes were great but no slippers & there was only one sleep kit in a double room. Still had a great stay & will be back for the forth time in December.

Breakfast coffee was awful and available choices adequate. Front desk became better after we turned on charm-seems it should be other way around but we dis receive good service. Room very clean. Dinner upstairs was good.

Breakfast restaurant options were very limited. Staff was very nice.

Shuttle to the airport included. Nice room,great bed & pillows.

We stayed 1 night previous to our heading off on a cruise. It was the best start to our holiday, very friendly staff, beautiful steak dinner in rooftop restaurant. Great transport to Dublin airport for our flight.Would highly recommend and would do again.

Shuttle was late and left many of us wondering when it would arrive. Husband caught Covid and swears it was from here but who knows.. Damp feel in the room. Transit back to airport went smooth. Front desk staff was friendly

I was at the restaurant, I ordered burrata, after 1 hour because no one came to tell me anything, I asked about the burrata, and I was informed that the waitress forgot to take the order, the room had only 3 tables, very quiet, and I didn't understand why the waitress said it was busy, anyway after an hour, my wife and I left without eating anything, it wasn't good service for a 4-star hotel!
