Hampton Inn & Suites Knoxville-Downtown

I stayed at this hotel with my daughter while visiting UT from NH. From the moment we walked in the door we were greeted with kindness and warmth. Once Chris at the front desk found out we were there to tour UT, he went above and beyond to share about the area and the school. The next morning we were greeting by another amazing employee, Ebony. I loved talking to her about Knoxville, UT and restaurants in the area. I work in HR and these employees are 10 stars out of 5. They made me feel like a special guest even though I'm sure hundreds of guests walk through the doors. Once my daughter was accepted into UT, I went right online to book my stay!! I can't wait to see Chris and Ebony again. The breakfast choices were great and the whole facility is so clean (rooms, foyer, etc). You can tell that all of the employees take pride in the hotel and make sure that every guest has a great experience.

The location is in the middle of the city so it’s nice, the atmosphere is very comfortable and cozy, the rooms were clean and had everything accommodating that i could need. Chris was a very great help.

Chris at the Hampton Inn & Suites Knoxville-Downtown was great. He was very polite, accommodating and sympathetic to our not so great stay at the Hampton Inn in KY. The rooms were clean, did have a weird smell in the room, but we got over that. The beds were alright. The location was great. Not too far off the interstate that you can't get back on in a hurry. The water pressure was great also. Breakfast was good also. Would recommend and stay here again. Noise level as long as we had the fan on we didnt hear much noise. The value, pretty good but sucked that we had to pay 30.00 to park. After driving all day and not getting in till 6:30 pm & left at 9am.

Stayed two nights. Rooms and toilets are clean and the beds are comfortable. Had a good rest. The front desk staff were extremely helpful and provided great service. Kudos to Chris who was on shift for the days we were around.

The staff are very friendly! They are always making sure you're having a good time. Chris was especially helpful as he gave us a list of attractions and places to eat. It's a great place!
