"Too loud despite great staff"

It was a nice hotel. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good. It was close to downtown.

The pool was pretty much permanently closed (pool was supposed to be a selling point) the “fix” was for us to pay $10 at the Y. The road noise was horrible. It felt like all the loud cars/trucks and motorcycles were in our room. It made it hard to relax/sleep. I doubt we would stay here again even though the staff was great.

I had a disappointing experience at a previous Hilton location in Boston, but Ebony made this trip much easier and more enjoyable. She really went out of her way to help me out and make sure I was happy here.
