No respetaron la reservación de 2 habitaciones con 2 camas dobles cuando llegamos solo tenían 2 cuartos con una sola cama el personal de recepción NO nos dio ninguna solución y tuvimos que irnos y rentar en otro hotel rentaron nuestro cuartos por sacarle más

Zentrale Lage, geräumiges Zimmer. Sehr großes Frühstücksbuffet mit Bedienung durch freundliches Personal.

Anschluss ans Internet auf dem Zimmer hat nicht funktioniert. Nur ein Aufzug, um bis in den 7. Stock zu kommen. Englischkenntnisse an der Rezeption nicht bei allen MitarbeiterInnen hinreichend.

Uno de los empleados del restaurant de la noche fue el menos agradable y hasta eso, no se porto precisamente grosero, asi que fue excelente
