solicitamos una toalla adicional porque éramos tres personas en la habitación y solamente dejaron 2 y nos dijeron que no tenían disponibles, al igual las botellas de agua únicamente dejaron dos. pedimos de igual forma con mucha anticipación si podían darnos la atención de entregarnos la habitación una hora antes de lo indicado para el check in porque teníamos un evento a las 3 pm y necesitábamos cambiarnos y tampoco pudieron hacerlo.

El elevador súper lento y ruidoso, me toco del lado del elevador y en las noches se llega a escuchar bastante en la habitación.

la ubicacion

Hemos pedido entrada con antelacion y no han contestado a la solicitud. Al llegar, hemos esperado 4 h para asignarnos habitacion a las 15 h. El hotel es muy viejo y simplemente han cambiado el logo a la cadena HolidayInn pero deja mucho que desear. No cumple los criterios para 4 *
