Está vez el hotel no el servicio me parecieron a la altura de la zona. Llegué media hora antes de las 15:00 hrs y no hubo ninguna intención de hacer algo adicional por entregar la habitación. Tuve que espera que dieran las 15:00 hrs y después que me asignaron habitación hacer un viacrusis de 30 minutos más porque los elevadores no funcionaban para terminar usando el elevador de servicio después de recorrer os pasillos y espacios más desagrables del hotel. Toda mi estancia fue de esperar a que el elevador habilitado funcionara correctamente (a veces se quedaba atascado) o bajar por las escaleras de servicio.

He llegado varias veces a este hotel. Es bueno calidad-precio. Estaban arreglando elevadores y fue muy entretenido el subir y bajar a las habitaciones y estacionamiento. La regadera falta de mantenimiento por sarro. Cama muy buena y habitación limpia. Salvo la incomodidad de elevadores, mantiene expectativas.

El único elevador que había, falló. Nos abrieron la puerta aún cuando decía que no queríamos limpieza. Pedimos un servicio de transporte y no nos hicieron caso. Es una pena porque está cerca de muchos lugares, pero la atención no es buena. A excepción del señor que se ofreció a llevarme a un sitio con la transportación, a él sí, 10/10 estrellas.

"Bufete delicioso "

Muy bien en general, al hotel le falta ya una remodelación en baños y mobiliario en habitaciones pero se compensa todo porque el bufete de desayuno está muy bueno de hecho nos gusta más el Holiday inn que está en san Pedro pero el desayuno no es muy bueno y este está delicioso menudo, barbacoa, Omelete, fruta, café m, chilaquiles y la atención de meseros muy buena
