Posizione spettacolare, pochi passi dal centro dalla piazzetta centrale di Mondello, piena di locali

Al mattino la piscina e le strutture forse aprono un po’ tardi, ma come tutte le attività a Mondello, in piena estate alle nove per certa gente potrebbe essere un po’ tardino

La colazione, la pulizia e la vista mare

L’impianto di climatizzazione centralizzato che non permetteva in stanza di cambiare la temperatura. Inoltre il nostro letto matrimoniale era fatto con l’unione di due materassi singoli. Parcheggio interno terribile

After seeing some of the negative reviews on here, I felt the need to write this after my recent visit. The hotel's location is unbeatable. The views are just spectacular and you could spend all day in the outside seating areas just watching the world go by. My interactions with reception staff, the pool side area and the waiters at breakfast were all pleasant and they were all very happy to help with whatever I asked for. The hotel was very clean, and it looks like they are making improvements to some of the older areas, for example the bar area looked very fresh. Thank you to the hotel for a memorable and enjoyable stay.

The location is very nice, but the hotel is in need of renovation. My room, which was above the reception and near the stairs, was extremely noisy. Overall, the price-to-quality ratio feels too high. The staff, however, were friendly and helpful.

nous avons pas pu le prendre car le départ était à 6 heure , malgré que le petit déjeuner était prévu et notre demande nous n’avons pas eu un café , un peu déçu
