Venezia Resort Hotel & Spa

Wir waren in dem Gebäude mit Familienzimmern bzw 2 Schlafzimmer. Jedoch war genau davor abends immer Veranstaltungen. Die Gäste waren durchgehen bis mindestens 1:00 Uhr nachts extrem laut. In anderen Bereichen des Hotels bekommt man hiervon nichts mit. Die Lage des Zimmers sollte man vorher wissen, zumindest wenn man mit Kindern reist. Die Angestellten waren durchgehend freundlich und zuvorkommend. Für uns war es von Vorteil durchgehend ein Auto zu haben. Man kann sich aber im Hotel ein Auto mieten. Shuttle zum Strand nach Faliraki gebe es auch. Essen (Buffet)sehr „englandlastig“

Bel hôtel, très propre, un peu dans les hauteurs, jolie vue sur Faliraki et la mer. L'ensemble du personnel ( tout secteur confondu), est très sympa et à l'écoute des demandes. Navette pour descendre et/ ou remonter de la plage, 3 horaires ( 20 min. à pied, en descente à l'aller), ça le fait bien ! Les repas du soir, changeant de thématique chaque jour, grand choix de produits, pour tous les goûts.

Pas apprécier n'est pas le mot juste ! mais il est dommage que les Piscines privés soit si mal exposées (au nord), pas de soleil, eau fraîche et terrasse non ensoleillée, le plus désagréable est le vis à vis sur la piscine principale (des claustras seraient un plus) , du bruits en permanence car lieu d'animations jusqu'à 18 h puis animations du soir jusqu'à 23h. Clients bruyants, non respectueux des autres le soir en rentrant tard (le problème de beaucoup d'hotels)

The hotel had lots to explore, with multiple pools and water slides and multiple bars and areas to get food. The food was delicious with enough options to satisfy and the all inclusive drinks were great. The room was cleaned daily and always to a great standard. The staff were very assistive and never hesitated to help with taxis/ public transport or directions. A beautiful view from the buffet restaurant and within walking distance from the main strip/ beach. Would definitely visit again.

There was often a few encounters with wasps throughout the day and occasionally a hornet. Personally felt a little on edge when they were present but not to the extent it was detrimental to an enjoyable day of relaxing.

Gutes Hotel, mit schönem Rutschenpark, gutes Essen, keine Schrankböden, nur eine Kleiderstange für 4 Personen, keine Haken, keine Cocktails am oberen Pool, Kinderpool ohne Rutsche o.ä., lifeguard, Getränke nur bis 23 Uhr.

We booked two superior triple rooms at the same price for two families with a child and a baby. We got one room smaller than the other. The hotel did not allow us to put a baby crib in the small room because the room is too small according to them. They accused us of not specifying in the order that we wanted a baby bed - even though we did ask for it. Receptionists were not nice. The free WIFI was slow and we had to pay for WIFI to browse YouTube. The food was not tasty and we had an upset stomach. Alcohol was chargeable except for two low level cocktails. There was no free water for two at night.
