Friendly and efficient staff. Lots of activities for kids and adults. Evening entertainment.

Food was fairly good but could have been better.

The property was perfect for our stay. It was the perfect size and never felt crowded. It felt very clean and the pools were great. We had a room with a hot tub which had a big balcony. I came with my 8 month old (BLW) and there was always something for him to eat at meal times and the staff were unbelievably kind and helpful. We also hired a car which I’d recommend but we did walk into Faliraki one time and use the hotel bus transfer.

The toilet was loud in the night and the travel cot didn’t have a proper mattress (just a blanket folded with a sheet) but both very minor issues.

We enjoyed our stay in the middle of may. Nice pools and good food. Not crowded. The room was very small, we had the room with the bunkbeds. We were 4 people, but there was only on chair in the room. The bathroom didn’t have a sink. The sink to the bathroom was on the other side of the room. I would not recommend four people staying in such a small room. No chairs to sit and relax together. There were two chair outside, but not a room fit for 4 persons. We didn’t get any bottles of water, just water tap water from dispenser. Not ideal if you are thirsty in your room. We had to buy bottles even though we had all inclusive. The slushy in the poolbar was also not included.

Sincèrement tout était parfait , une qualité d'accueil a la réception Anastasia magnifique sourire très a l'écoute. Un autre réceptionniste très honnête nous avions payé trop a la réception nous a rappelé pour nous rembourser. Au niveau restaurant très propre très bon surtout très varié. Mais pour moi la fraîcheur et la propreté sont le plus important c'était parfait . L'hôtel incroyable grand espacé plusieurs piscines . Vraiment je le conseil a 100 pour 100 Vraiment pas de note négative. Pour moi en tous cas

Magnifique vue, personnel très agréable, un merci particulier à Ninno l'animateur qui nous a beaucoup fait rire et qui a personnalisé notre séjour avec des conseils de visites. L'hôtel est très confortable et les repas sont bons. Climat au top pour la fin de saison.

La température de la piscine un peu fraîche en cette période. Les boissons soft du all inclusives...
