This hotel has lovely staff and the gardens are beautiful. It’s a real mixed bag! The pool does not open until 11 and is spoilt by the amount of rubbish and leaves floating in it. We did mention this during our stay but despite the managers assurances it remained very dirty. Most of the sun beds are covered in bird poo. I told the lifeguard and he told me to go get a cloth from reception. The rooms are very clean and the house keeping staff lovely but updating is needed. On the weekend a crowd of local children arrived and there was lots of loud screaming not helped by the animation team playing VERY loud music and darts right by the pool. With so much space I’m not sure why they would play darts with sun beds in the back ground. You defiantly need a car unless you are happy to walk to the main road which is about 20 mins downhill. There is a nice restaurant near by called Ramos. The views from the restaurant are wonderful and lots of choice at breakfast. The hotel needs work to have a four star rating.

교통이 조금 불편한 것 말고는 모든 것이 훌륭합니다. 에스테포다 버스터미널이나 마베야쪽에서는 택시 이용을추천합니다. 요금도 10ㅡ15유로 정도입니다. 그리고 리셥션에도 매우 친절한 스태프가 있습니다. 특히 Mr. Jaime와 Miss Tania는 투숙 객들에게 아주 좋은 호감을 줄것입니다.

The staff are lovely and the rooms comfortable but that is all I can say. There is no sound proofing and you can hear every squeak, cough and sneeze from your neighbours above, below and beside you. No peace or relaxation. The food is below par. Limited choice and often cold. On our last night 3 coaches of children were delivered with no effort made to accommodate anyone needing some quiet time. We have had to book another hotel for our last night as the noise is unbearable

This is a wonderful hotel. Very helpful kind friendly staff. Nothing too much trouble. Fantastic breakfast in Breakfast Hall. There is EVERYTHING there could possibly be.👌🏻 Very clean hotel, excellent room. Clean throughout. Daily service from Maid is great. Thankyou. This hotel is NOT situated next to any shops,bars, restaurants...... Be aware. Not suitable for people with disabilities nor walking issues. It is placed in a rural spot. Which is lovely if you wish to get away from it all. Great for WALKERS, GOLFERS. (Near alot of golfing complexes). Not the infirm. If you are able bodied you can easily get taxis to go out or walk to a nearby bus stop . ...you need to walk to main road. Had a great stay there. The Animation Team work hard at night in the Lounge for the patrons. Well done.

Todo muy bien, las vistas son maravillosas, tanto hacia el mar como hacia la montaña. El hotel no es nuevo, pero está muy limpio y bien conservado. Bufet de desayuno y cena muy variado, correcto.

Staff very friendly and reception staff welcoming. We has breakfast with our stay and there was a great selection to choose from.

This hotel is central between Marbella and Estapona - ideally you need to hire a car/bike to get around. The hotel does a really cheap deal with a local company who deliver/collect from the hotel. We ordered one the day before, they arrives at 7.30am the next day (our choice by the way) and by 8am we were on the road! Only 15 euros/day for full insurance. Staff were really, really helpful. We only went for the b and b option but the choice was huge - hot food (not always hot but pop in the microwave and perfect), meats, cheeses, croissants, juices, hot drins, fruit, yoghurt etc etc etc - tonnes of choice. Pool was lovely, bar staff were great, as were waiting staff and cleaners. Ok so the floor wasn't swept every day but that's a small issue. Also there is a 3 euro charge/day for the safety deposit box but once we were settled in the hotel we left wallets, phones, passports, cash out in our room and there was never an issue here either. Great beds, you can ask for extra pillows. Currains nice and thick so dark at night. If youre on the swi.mming pool side of rhe hotel then there can be a vit of noise from the bat etc but in 14 nights we only heard it twice. If you want a quieter room then request one with a mountain view. It's not the most modern hotel but everything works eg lifts and there's plenty to do - table tennis, table football, pool, petanque ( all chargeable or deposit required but all dead cheap) Great place to stay as long as you don't want to be right in the centre of all the 'action'.
