Helt nya rum! Tyvärr ingen hiss, men de bygger en, och ser ut att vara klar när som helst. Otroligt prisvärt! Frukosten är sådär. Läget är fantastiskt! Bra städning.

1. The room was tiny - only 1 person could get dressed at a time due to no room. 2. The television did not work, however reception staff claimed that all TV's in the hotel did not work due to a faulty antenna cable. Unfortunately at breakfast another customer complained that there were no English channels - so the TV's did work, just not ours and we were lied to. We were in Russia to watch the World Cup, so missed the 1st 4 x night's late matches. 3. Claims it was a 4 star hotel, but we reckon it was lucky to be a 2 star. Found out the 4 star rating was self rated. 4. The shower drain did not drain properly. 5. It was noisy all night (but the World Cup Fan Zone held up the street did not help with this).

Fudist äijäporukalla. Respassa kirjautuessa karmee hässäkkä ja tehotonta työtämme huone vaihtui pienempään ja vaatimattomampaan. Sijainti mahtava, aamupalaa löytyy. Huoneet semi-ok. Hinta-laatusuhteelta kohtaa, mutta ei erinomaisesti.

The location is perfect,..the room was fine, modern and comfortable. The stuff was overwhelmed i believe, kind of rude and our room was not even done when we arrived atvthe actual room. They had to send house keeping to get it ready while we waited outside the room.

The breakfeast was tasteless but vi think that that is how russian food is.

We had a pleasant stay for 3 nights. The negative part was the check in that took almost an hour. First we waited more than 30 minutes because there was a big group checking in before us and that caused some troubles but the issue that lowered the experience was related to the service. It felt a bit impolite that the front desk person served several other guests while we had to wait the check in process to be finally over. Other than that not so pleasant 1st impression, our room was very nice, located on the top floor (5th) and it was freshly renovated. Only thing that may be an issue for some is the lack of elevator. If you have a big luggage this may be a disadvantage, otherwise you get good exercise walking the stairs up and down couple of times a day...Only discomfort in the room was the shower, the water pressure was very low. Breakfast was included in the price of the room and regards of that it was ok. Russian style breakfast with typical ingredients, porridge, toast, some sweets...Not luxury but that's not what you expect for either. Good start for the day! About the location then, very central. 5-10 min walk to metro, Hermitage museum 5 min walk away.

It was a perfect location for our weekend trip. However check in took longer than any other hotel we have stayed at. And the man at the counter seemed like he was just trying to sell us excursions which made check in even longer. We had our stay planned out so we didn't neeed that information. Some advice I would give isn't just to ask the guests if they are interested in learning about what they can offer instead of pausing check in and going through everything. The room was average but the bathroom was amazing. Had a jacuzzi tub and a sauna! That was awesome. Breakfast didn't start until 8 am which seemed a little late but had a great spread of choices. Check out went smoothly. I would recommend for a friend and warn them to not let them get started with all the excursion descriptions.

The hotel is located very near Nevsky Prospect, but nevertheless very quiet. The staff is very friendly. Everything is within walking distance, which is nice.
