Hotel Metropolitan

We loved this hotel. The staff was friendly snd helpful. The hotel is beautiful and clean. Our room was modern and well maintained. We enjoyed the rooftop bar and the central location. Loved Bologna and this hotel!

Posizione centrale, ma il taxi ti fa scendere poco distante, il centro di Bologna è comunque piccolo e la centralità risulta trascurabile.

Rapporto qualità prezzo sproporzionato, richiesta di hotel di alto livello quando in realtà si tratta di un semplicissimo albergo, stanze piccole e dalla planimetria contorta e con gradini che la rendono poco abitabile, la metratura è riportata correttamente, ma dedicata a corridoi e zone non abitabili. Inoltre il bagno non ha una illuminazione adeguata, risulta difficile anche potersi osservare allo specchio. Alcune parti risultano logore e troppo vissute, maggior cura dei dettagli se chiedete 500 euro a notte.

This is a fantastic hotel right in the centre of Bologna. The staff were fantastic, from restaurant suggestions to general helpfulness. On our first night, we found that our room had two single beds instead of a double and when we spoke to reception, they changed it the next day. The hotel has a gorgeous rooftop bar, which was great to have a negroni in the early evening. Breakfast was really varied and delicious. Fresh fruits mixed in with good savoury options. Again, the restaurant staff were lovely and attentive. I don’t think you will go wrong with this hotel and we will definitely return next time we’re in Bologna.

Room was smaller than expected. Shower in the bathroom was extremely small.
