No better location than this - in front of Santa Lucia Plaza for the Thursday evening serenade and steps away from great meals at Teya, Chaya Maya, and Mercado 60. Nadia and colleagues were helpful and patient.

The location is great, the rooms spacious , clean and well decorated, and all very calm (no noise at all) - the hotel is like a little paradise oasis in the buzzing city centre of Mérida. The staff is very kind, they found two t-shirts we had forgotten and put them aside for us.

The small pool has too much chlorine, we all felt it on our skin and it the children’s eyes. This should be better controlled . The hotel restaurant is not the best , we had breakfast there once but were not impressed (coffee machine was not working, only “a La carte”..). There are plenty of other options near the hotel, we recommend “Casa Maya Chaya” which had a wonderful breakfast.
