Beautiful hotel with an outstanding eye for styling and art. Incredibly sophisticated styling with abstracted paintings on the room and great pool area particularly good for such a central location.

We loved our stay here. Perfect location within walking distance of lots of interesting areas of Merida, and some great restaurants and bars. The room was large, clean and the beds comfortable. The pool area offered a welcome respite from the city and heat. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

The Casa Lucia Hotel Boutique is located right next to Santa Lucia Square, which is the perfect location if you want to partake in Merida's cultural offerings. Every evening there is almost always something going on in the square, and if there is not, it is only about a three block walk to the central square were there are almost always nightly activities as well. There are many excellent restaurants within walking distance of the hotel. The hotel itself is modern with good wifi and there is a nice pool. It is clean and safe and the service is excellent. However, some of the furniture in the rooms are dated. The flooring in our room was nice but very old tiling. If you are expecting the Ritz, this may not be the place for you. Personally, I thought these things added to the hotel's charms. We stayed a week here and did not want to leave. I would not hesitate to book with this hotel again.

-Les chambres bien que grandes sont très sombres, humides et mal insonorisées (bruits de canalisation en permanence, bruits des volets des voisins). -L’humidité était présente dans la chambre jusque dans les lits ou j’ai eu l’impression de dormir dans des draps mouillés sans parler de l’odeur plutôt gênante et désagréable. -La salle de bain était vieillotte, humide, mal aérée, en marbre hyper glissant (attention dangereux) et cerise sur le gâteau le lavabo était bouché. -Le personnel n’est pas très accueillant contrairement aux autres hôtels que nous avons fréquentés les jours précédents. -Petit déjeuner non compris dans le prix d’une chambre soit disant de catégorie « supérieure » -Mauvais rapport qualité prix
