Pullman Reef Hotel Casino

It was a perfect stay. We loved the hotel. Our room was spacious, clean, good bathroom with a shower and a bath (had a bubble bath, everything was working fine), separate toilet. Nice balcony, side sea view. Friendly staff. We got complimentary casino chips every day, so we went to the casino to use them as well and had some fun.

Nothing really, everything was great. But they didn't actually give us a free drink as it is advertised in this booking :)

Fantastic staff especially on reception & restaurant. Very helpful with our requests re breakfast. Kirsten (Kristen?) especially was amazing in assisting us.

The room was spacey and very clean. All the staff was very nice and friendly.

Professional, courteous and friendly staff, plenty of space and light throughout. Rooms large, light and airy with tasteful, good quality decor and furnishings that although modern suggested a classical refinement. Excellent location near the water, within easy walking distance of shops, the convention centre, restaurants, and activities booking outlets. Hotel is very easy to find if you're driving. Cheap parking under the hotel with easy lift access.

Staff very friendly & assist with any issues to resolve. Concierge was very helpful, especially picking up our luggage from one hotel back to the Pullman while we were away in Green Island.

The room

I booked via booking.com app and messaged the hotel on it requesting early check in, they responded and advised it was noted against my booking about early check in but they cant guarantee it. Few weeks later i called and requested the same thing considering it was my wedding day and was told over the phone the same thing and i had to wait on the day to find out if i got early check in. On the day no phone call was made to me about early check in so i called about 1pm and was told my room wasnt ready. I arrived at the hotel at 1:30 and was told again its still not ready and that she will request priority now. I got my key just before 2pm and was made out like it was my fault and told that no early check in was requested on my file which i told them yes i was, i requested twice and have message evidence. Complete disappointment especially on an important day. Its not like i was requesting early check in for no reason. I had family members staying there as well and there rooms were ready early.
