Great location, easy access to lifts. Staff were lovely and helpful

Sort of self contained but not really. Had a toaster and fridge but no cutlery or crockery so was not able to eat even breakfast in the room. No washing machine which for a ski trip is kind of critical and the reason to choose an apartment vs a hotel. Need to book the hotel restaurant way in advance.

The pool and spa are excellent.

I booked a room with a bath and when I mentioned this to the front desk staff I got told I should have booked directly on the hotel's website (not through Booking.com) so I could be sure of what facilities they had at the hotel. There was no mention of changing my room to one with a bath. Next morning I spoke with the manager and was moved to a room with a bath. Frankly, I felt the attitude of the first person I approached was lacking. They advertise two restaurants but one wasn't open at all and the other closed at 6pm. so check, if on-site restaurants are important to you.

Not value for money

Its location is undisputedly convenient but as we were at the end of the season, the restaurants were closed earlier than it was stated. Prior information would have been good. Room was dated though spacious. We had the better view facing the slopes and that was good. However the cleanliness and the furnishings can be improved as we perceive the value to be low for paying so much just for a night.

The cleanliness of the beddings and quality of furnishings were very dated.

Being able to ski-in and ski-out was perfect. The king studio was spacious enough for 2 adults and 2 little kids, kitchen was equipped with crockery and silverwares. Spa option was a bonus.

For the rate per night, the facility is rather old (carpet peeling here and there) and the bed&sofa bed were well worn and weren’t really comfortable to sleep on. Sound proofing was poor - we were given a room under the entrance to Bourke street, and we can hear loud footsteps throughout the night and early mornings.
