"Love our first family ski trip and glad we stayed at the Mt Buller Chalet!"

Love the location, it is right next to the ski field! Family and I have enjoyed the indoor swimming pool and spa too! Fabulous for families with young children!

Would love to stay there for longer if the price is more affordable but I understand that this place is at a prime location!

"Very Good"

The hotel was very close to the Village. The rooms were clean, warm and comfortable. The pool and the jacuzzi were really nice.

We got there on Sun afternoon and the weather was starting to get blizzardy. I asked reception till when we could get dinner, which she said 8 pm. We went to the pool and rushed out at 7 to go do dinner and found that Bird Cage cafe on level 4 of the hotel was closed. Came back to reception and they are like, yes they closed early tonight. So we were left without dinner in the middle of the blizzard in the hotel with 2 kids. They need to have a food option/food delivery or at least since we had just checked in and asked for dinner, be in sync with Bird Cage to make sure their guests are not left without dinner.

Pleasant enough. Friendly staff.

I stayed for 2 nights in a king room (no sofa) but I was charged as 1 x night king room ( with sofa) and 1 x night king room ( no sofa ). Overcharged by several hundred dollars !
