The Glendower Hotel

Hotel was very friendly and staff lovely. However we paid a lot of money and found our bed wasn’t made up and our room only half serviced every day. Our shower was broken the first night but that was sorted quickly. The hotel could do with air conditioning but was a very nice area to stay.

Unfortunately the initial room had not been cleaned on arrival however the reception staff quickly rectified and moved us to an upgraded room

Excellent choice and good to have waiter service ! Location also about right !

Noise from disco , and wedding function the guests seemed take over everywhere , that included lots unsupervised ,noisy children dashing about everywhere all the time , well into evening as well ! Unable sleep due to disco and no phone to ring ask turn it down if possible !

Another great visit to this hotel. Food and cocktails first class and thanks again to the fantastic Daniella who worked so hard to keep all the guests so happy.

The bed was tiny Possible a 3/4 bed for 2 adults wasn’t great not what was paid for expensive for what we got Was on top of a disco/ wedding was until 1am at least Of all rooms to be given was given that one Staff not very accommodating in check in process Overall disappointed with room and hotel

Staff and breakfast were excellent

Some small aspects of the room were a little tired such as scatter cushions were both ripped, desk and tea area needed a repaint/refresh but on the whole lovely stay.
