"Will never stay there again."

No breakfast

Room wasn't cleaned, lightbulb were missing, bathroom door was locked couldn't get in dirty towels on floor, frig and microwave dirty, fireplace wasn't working. Over all very bad.

"Slamming Door"

We loved to be able to sit on the balcony and watch the ocean.

The floors were dirty. There was no matress cover. There were no coffee cups to be able to drink the coffee left in the room. The door that separates the sections of rooms was aweful. It slams shut and woke my husband up every time he got to sleep both nights/mornings. You could at least put a spring on it so it closes more softly.

Amazing view

It was absolutely filthy, dirty, disgusting! And Vacasa Staff didn't care! Very unhygienic room. I took photos. Looked like feces on the floor! Vacasa has horrible customer service at making things right!!

I loved the location, it was roomier than most places.

I didn't enjoy that the linens weren't clean. I also didn't enjoy that there is no staff at the office at any time. So when problems arose I had to message a third party to get assistance.

It was inexpensive and had a good ocean view. It was nice having a fireplace in the room.

After going out to dinner on Friday and Saturday night for my friend’s birthday and coming back at a fairly early time (before 10pm) there was absolutely no place for me to park. Every parking space was taken. There were three small pillows, like sofa pillows on the bed that were very uncomfortable and flat when I first walked into the room, there was a dead moth on the floor near the fireplace and sliding door and several hairs on the shower curtain liner that were never cleaned. The seal around the lower part of the refrigerator door does not seal so food does not stay very cold and caused the fridge shelves to drip water.
