Nasty Stains on bed, carpet and remote. Don't waste your time and money.

The room was clean and beds bed was comfortable. We enjoyed our stay the kids liked the breakfast

Management was excellent. They were so responsive to my needs. They were polite on check in, telling me where my room was and where I should park. When I reached my room, the smoke detector was chirping about every 30 seconds. When I called the front desk to report it, someone was at my room within 30 seconds to fix the problem. They did not leave my room until I was completely satisfied.

The room was not clean upon arrival. Dirty tub (the front of the tub was also falling off), floors were not vacuumed (our feet were filthy from walking on the carpet). I called Expedia to cancel as I had only just walked in my room and was probably there all of 20 minutes. The front desk told Expedia that I had been there for 2 hours and they would not refund me. I will never stay at this hotel and I will never go through Expedia. They did not help my situation.

Great price. Room and bed were comfortable. Staff was customer focused. Wish breakfast was more robust.

This was the worst hotel I've stayed in. The room would not properly cool, when we called the front desk, the lady blew us off. It didnt cool until morning. The television didnt work, I was told I had to press up and down on the volume keys to get it to turn on, but that didn't work. It was not clean. The beds were awful. It smelled bad. Stay literally anywhere else.

There were cigarette holes on our sheets and blankets, even though it was a nonsmoking room. The paint on the ceiling was peeling. The towels felt like sandpaper. I felt unsafe in this area of town.

Restaurants close by. Thats about it

very convenient to every thing. Room was very clean. No complaints from me.
