Staff was stellar. They could have worked at luxury hotels based on their customer service. They were amazing! I would definitely stay there again!

My room had a bug problem which was never fully corrected.

When I checked in the lady did not know that there was a Military discount even though it was on the wall as a picture. Then, I had to wait for her to walk the property to find a room with a working a/c. Once in my room, found roaches in the room, it smelled like someone was just in there smoking a cigarette, the TV was on as if someone was just in there, and the bed was not made properly, like someone was just in there. Then when asked if we could get another bath towel, we were told no only 1 bath towel and 1 hand towel per room. That was not enough for my husband and myself.

The shower walls were very dirty and needed cleaning. The floor throughout my room was very dirty. Also the bed sheets didn't look clean and the comforter on the bed was also dirty. With all the people standing around in the hallways and around the parking lot, I didn't feel very safe

They had no room available, despite the fact that I had already paid through the website. They did not offer to help with this issue, simply showed me their reservation screen which showed -1 rooms available. I showed them that the site still showed they had rooms.

My guy who stayed there ,one of my employees Said he would not stay there again

We had bugs in our bathroom and our tub shower. We also had very dirty floor in the in the bathroom with lots of hair.

Room was filthy. Dirty tub and towels. Sheets were dirty and blankets had burn holes in them. Bugs on floor. Towels and pillows were dirty. Took 40 minutes to check in bc no one was at the desk. No iron or ice bucket. Fridge was nasty.
