Pas de réception,tous ce fait en digital….trop long

Awful experience.. self check in was absolutely horrendous. 1hr 15 mins to check in .. email sent on arrival day with pre arrival docs to submit to get a code .. that was sent .. no access code arrived. .. had to log on to becozy online support.. then room keys wouldn't work for room .. 3 times.. got upgraded to a new room .. keys still wouldn't work. Until 3rd attempt...absolutely ridiculous check in system .. I recommend you avoid this hotel as you will only end up totally frustrated.. another customer stormed out after not being able to check in when I was there .. worst check in experience I've ever had .. computers don't do customer service!

Le check in se fait sans personne , sur tablette. J'avais oublier de remplir un document ( c'est un process particulier) et j'avais une réponse comme quoi ma chambre n’était pas prête... Pas de personnel sur place , pas de contact téléphonique. Il m'a fallu plus d'une heure pour arriver a contacter quelqu'un par Whatsapp ... Heureusement j’utilise cette appli ... Bref une heure de perdue ... Même si le contact avec le personnel était très bien ... ce concept de Check in est un peut " Limite" ... J'imagine parce que le bâtiment vas bientôt être détruit BREF BOF

Es war sehr schlimm, erstens stand da free parking und ich bekam für 4 tage eine busse von 240.- Zweitens war es sehr unangenehm da menschen ihr „business“ dort durchführen und drogen verkaufen und prostituierte frauen gabs auch viele. Wenn ich könnte würde ich null sterne geben. Unverschämtheit!!

Hotel muito bom, os sistemas de acesso falharam mas logo nos atenderam na recepção on line e ficou resolvido fácil. Mas precisa melhorar se quer continuar. O hotel teve tudo em funcionamento. Mas os sistemas tanto de check in como de estacionamento apresentam falhas. O de checkout funcionou perfeitamente. O hotel me enviou uma feedback final no meu idioma. Isto quer dizer que ele é capaz de atender no meu idioma. Mas optou por usar tudo em Inglês. Acredito que para ser totalmente virtual deveria atender no idioma do usuário.

Bei diesem "Hotel" handelt es sich um ein ehemaliges Luxushotel, das jetzt als Schlafstätte dient. Die Struktur ist leerstehend, sie ist im original 80-er Jahre Stil gehalten. Das Selfcheck-in funktioniert gut, wenn Ihr Pass nicht abgelaufen ist. Bei Problemen gibt es eine Chatmöglichkeit. Die Person war sehr hilfsbereit, eine Lösung wurde gefunden (dauerte ca. 45 Minuten). In einem Zimmer war ein TV vorhanden, im anderen eine Kaffeemaschine. Die Betten waren immer noch sehr komfortabel, die Lage ruhig. Wenn jemand nur eine günstige Übernachtung benötigt, stimmt das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis. Nahe beim Bahnhof.
