Hotel Eldorado at Eldorado Resort

The room we stayed in was very different than the one we ended up with. The room was incredibly small, the air conditioning was very loud not to mention you can hear everything your neighbors were saying. The bed was old and uncomfortable. We ended up leaving a day early to stay somewhere else. It was cheaper to leave instead of cancel a night. Sorry I would not choose to stay here again.

It was ok but I expected much more. I think its a better place for families not a romantic getaway which is what we were looking for. The room was definitely clean and comfortable but the customer service fell short. When we checked in, we got very little information on how to navigate the resort. We had to go all the way to the second reception to get a card that would let us access the bigger pools but this never worked so we were only able to access the one pool and there were no towels. Before arriving I got a message from the hotel asking if we were celebrating something and saying the reservation included reusable water bottles and lobby snacks due to the extra resort fee we paid for. We got none of this. Room service and the restaurant was also just ok.

Staff was great.

Although we were only there for one night we were so pleased with the welcoming atmosphere, great location, and old world charm. We would definitely go back!

Lovely older property beautifully kept. Spacious room with real furniture. AC worked fine, hot water good in the shower. Very good restaurant and bar, not too expensive, good quality and well presented. Staff very friendly and efficient. Resort amenities quite good.

We had a wonderful 3 days at the resort. Highly recommend.

The Lakeside Dining Room food was very good, but the service was a bit slow. Since it’s an older hotel, the sound insulation isn’t the best.

Amenities such as sauna, indoor pools, access to the lake and free use of a paddleboard. Food was great. Sunday brunch has a wide selection of salads, bread, deserts and roast bee or steak.
